Never Mind I figured it out. If you select the List by Frame tab and close the padlock it will move the map frame with the layout.

Just create a table in your database and then use a relationship to relate that table to a feature class. You people can make comments in the table. However, that will only work with Collector/Editors

One of the great benefits of Data Driven Pages is the ability to create them based on any feature class. One of my clients covered a very large area so I integrated map page and section number into a Section Feature and then included the QQ's that were in the map book. Set them up and I could instantly navigate to the correct section with a few keys. Obviously Data Driven pages have been superseded by Map Series in Pro. What I would like to know is there a way or some settings I can utilize to get my Map Tab to zoom/pan around with my Map Series? Example: I have a polygon layer of Substation Fences. I created a Map Series based on the Sub Name. It is quick and easy to select a sub and zoom to in the layout. But to get to it in the map I either have to navigate to it or use a tool like Locate or Search by Attribute.

Is it when your trying to connect to our database? We had the opposite problem. We set up Portal using 64 bit. click on your Windows Icon and open your program list. Navigate down and see which Oracle Client you have installed. You can have both 32 and 64 installed. However, I think you would be best off getting your IT department involved.

I would also suggest logging into your Server Manager. Tab on the right is Logs Under that you can see View Logs, Error Reports, and Statistics. You can select statistics and set one up to show various statistics. You can save the report so you don't have to rebuild it every time. You can also set them up to be general. You can use these to see which services are getting the most traffic and experiencing the longest timeouts.

Not guaranteeing that this is your issue, but 2 virtual processors (i.e. processors that pretend to be there) could be a large part of your issue. Our server is set up with 2 x 4 Virtual Core processors You maximum speed appears kind of slow as well. As I wrote I am no IT person but I also think you might have an issue with no cache

A core is part of a CPU that receives instructions and performs calculations, or actions, based on those instructions. ... Processors can have a single core or multiple cores. A processor with two cores is called a dual-core processor, four cores is quad-core, etc. up to eight cores The more cores you have the more calculations your system can perform at a time. To see how many cores your computer has you can press CTRL + Shift + ESC and click the performance Tab to see how many cores your computer has. Below is a snapshot of mine. In order to see how many your server has you would need to remote into it.

Number of instances at zero means when the system is not being used then no instances are up and running. The other number is the max number of instances that can be running. Have it check your sever to verify how many cores you have for sure When we set up our enterprise we had requested 8 cores. We had serious issues in performance. We finally figured out it had only configured 1 core. They fixed that and we have been flying.

Try creating it using Model Builder, then export the model as a python script. However, using generic procedures it should only take a minute or two every month. Export your primary and secondary to a MS Access database and have premade queries set up to create calculations and another for a report button

Marketing of what type? Obviously you would not need to market the sale of electricity. Are you looking for marketing in regards to options for things like hot water heaters, LED bulbs, getting people to conserve electricity. Or contacting someone in case of an outage? Are you looking for Cooperative, Municipal, or IOU?
