Are you talking about a reference map that shows the full extent of your system and where the current map page is centered on? Like the inset above? To do this Insert a New Map Frame into your Layout. Add to it the features you want in the inset. Now this map series spans Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota So to the Inset I add the state boundary as well. Then in the Display Options (second properties tab) The constraint is the Map Series Polygons that will be circled in red and the State Boundary that the map series polygon fits in will be centered in the window. I the image below I selected a North Dakota grid and it swapped the Inset to North Dakota

That was something else I was thinking after I sent that. You should stick to True Type Fonts. We normally just go with Ariel or Cambria. Adobe works best with True Type fonts.

You are exporting georefrence information for both. If you don't need them georefrenced turn that off to save some space. For layers and attributes turn that off as well Unless it is something you use. ArcGIS Pro is a different tool. Not a better tool.

and make sure your not using Collector Classic. The icons are different. and check to see if your phone is trying to use VPN. that causes issues. And check to make sure location is enabled.

not the greatest solution but export the feature class or table to a personal geodatabase. Open the .mdb in MS Access. Copy and paste the values back in and run find duplicates.

not trying to be a smarty but switch to iPhone. I personally prefer Android but Collector works better with iPhone. Also are you using the same version of Collector on your Galaxy

Adding multiple points, lines, or polygons to a map. Many basic functions in Pro may require several more clicks of the mouse than are required in ArcMap. Running a query on a set of points, pan to the first point and make some edits. Run the Query again, but you have to hit the Select Tool to see the result in Attributes because the Modify Features stays active. etc...

We have gone with Un-versioned Data for much of our data being used in Portal and edited in the field. Your answer makes sense. I tried it with one of our versioned dataset and it works the way it should.

ArcMap. You can open table and field calculate on an attribute outside of an Edit Session. However, it will prompt you that you cannot reverse it calculation once you have done it. In ArcGIS Pro this is not the case in all edits. You can change a setting that forces you to toggle the Edit button to start editing. But you can create multiple features, update tables, and make thousands of changes. The save and discard button stay grayed out. Is there a way to adjust editing in Pro so you have to acknowledge every single safe, just like ArcMap? I would like to use Pro more. But for reasons just such as this it is not suitable for serious GIS editing. Even with the settings as shown below the system instantly adds my edits to the database with no turning back.

I have a layout with a number of elements. Several of the elements will not export to a PDF even though they are visible in the layout Below is how it looks in Pro This is how it exports. The disclaimer is missing. There is also an element above the scale bar that I turned off for the example because it contains email addresses The missing elements are sized to the same size as the element containing the Ticket number. They are just text boxes and not dynamic
