Quite possibly something wrong with your underlying data or your technique for loading it. Just to verify, look at the properties for the Table in Catalog and verify that the field is indeed a Double in the data type.

Just open the Configure Attributes for the table as would for a feature class.

What David said. You need to have the Fonts installed. When it was installed they should have been installed automatically if you selected Express and all options.

One option may be to make a label point. Center the point in the center of each group of polygons. Or you could create a new polygon feature class that has all the types merged. so all the pines in one cluster are a single polygon. Then label in polygon.

If all 9 polygons are the same and have the same 11 x 17 panels in them, just create a Polyline Feature Class and draw the grid in. You can then copy and paste the lines to each panel and snap them properly. Or use the Feature to Line tool to generate polylines from the Polygons.

I would agree with some of the other comments. Why bother? They look fine the way they are.

We still have some crews with a need for a digital pdf map book as some areas of our service territory have poor data connections in the field. We generate a pdf map book. The cover page index contains links we create to jump to a specific page/bookmark in the PDF. Creating them one by one is somewhat cumbersome and can be inaccurate. What I would like to know is if anyone knows the URL code to link to individual pages inside the same PDF. So I could make them as labels in ArcGIS Pro so when the PDF is generated I can use the auto create to generate the internal links. I have figured out the URL to open a specific page. However, it opens a new instance of the same PDF. # '<url><a HREF="file:///C:/MapBook/myfile.pdf#page=4">file:///C:/MapBook/myfile.pdf#page=4</a></url>' This code when used as the label (the 4 is the page number and will be replaced with $feature.pagenum) can be used to create the proper hyperlink in Acrobat.

Informational update. I figured out how to create a label that can be converted to a url automatically in a PDF I can the replace the pages with fresh copies and retain the links. However, the only drawback is it opens a new instance of the same Here is a snip of the url I used that works. The trick was to have the URL in there as a URL and as the Title Any suggestions to try that will allow me to do it without opening a new instance of the PDF would be great.

Then make those individuals creators/administrators. Either they are admin or they are not. They still are not going to the passwords to the actual portals, just inside of AGOL or Portal. But truly, how often do you need a special person to perform this operation. Unless you are in an educational institution are you adding and removing people quite often. We have 850 in our company with around 400 of them using the gis, and it is all handled by a single person via our SAML system, and she does not have an administrator user she is a creator/user When a new employee comes in that person (who is not a GIS person) assigns them their level. When they leave the company their log in credentials are automatically removed when they are made a non employee.

I view this as a very bad idea. It would be like walking into a 10th grade class room on the first day of drivers ed and throwing down 30 copies to your car keys and walking away. It is limited to a specific group of people for a reason. Not that we want to be controlling, but we need to be controlling of this. In my organization of 850 people, only 5 of us have this ability. Handing out this ability would result in the chaos of 40 people doing it 50 different ways.

Are you using Defined Values, Features, or Grouped Values? Defined Values is probably more functional for exactly what you want to do. But if new values are being added or removed on a regular basis it may not work so well.
