Both SDO_Geometry and SQL Server Geometry are native RDBMS spatial types. I would recommend looking into thier documentation. I was able to find a few links. Someone posted this on your questions in this thread: https://community.esri.com/message/743363-re-arcgis-pro-crash-suspected-windows-update?commentID=743363#comment-743363 BUG-000110910: Pro for ArcGIS crashes when symbolizing SDE data I would recommend getting a new case opened with https://community.esri.com/groups/technical-support?sr=search&searchId=6318ae6d-5cee-463c-8559-2ab15f5f79e7&searchIndex=1 and have them verify the issue and steps. Hi alisonrm, I do not think that there would be list of issues that are impacting 10.6 available easily. On the question of upgrading to 10.6, that is based on your need internally. If you have a "fatal bug" impacting you at 10.5 and it is marked at fixed at 10.6, then you may need to upgrade to 10.6 to have a solution.

It could be possible that there was a network issue during the edit session and it caused partial corruption of the fGDB. Close out of the MXD and then re-open and then open the problematic table and see if the records are there.
