@MasaoMatsuoka Versioned editing is highly recommended and is your friend in these erroneous situations. You can undo the changes or delete the version and follow the correct steps.

@GraemeBrowning_Aurizon You can also review the ArcGIS Server Log, filtering on the LRS service being edited. You will likely see an error matching the time window when you ran the Delete Routes tool. You can log a Esri Technical Support case to get them reviewed.

@GraemeBrowning_Aurizon Attribute Rules are configured at the geodatabase and solutions like Roads and Highways are expected to inherit/honor them. It is a common usage pattern to leverage attribute rules to persist and maintain measure attributes on LRS networks. The issues may be related to how the attribute rule expressions are scripted. You can log a Esri Technical Support case to get them reviewed.

Supplementary info: If you want to fine tune the laptop specs, start with the type of GIS work you will be performing. For e.g. Basic data collection, editing, analysis Medium to heavy geoprocessing, data processing Data types that will be used vector vs raster/imagery, 2D vs 3D will all data be local on machine or will it be distributed Total volume of data you will use Based on the above criteria, you may want to up the RAM to 16 GB if you will be performing more analytics. If using more 3D, rasters, recommend high end graphics card, more GPU Data volume will guide the storage - always add 20% buffer Good luck!

@GraemeBrowning_Aurizon Renaming of Line in LRS Line Network is not supported through one of the ready to use Route edit tools. This is however, in the product roadmap and will be available in a future release. Couple of options to consider: In the workflow described, use Create Route instead of Extend Route and follow the tool prompts to provide new Line / Route names. This modification of the user workflow is easy and recommended. If the rename must happen after the fact, export out the extended route and related features like calibration point. Retire the extension that has the old name and then recreate it using Create Route or Append Route. This is a manual process and user has to be careful executing each of the required steps. Versioned editing is the preferred pattern, so a rename or spelling errors in Line/Route names can be QC'd and corrected before posting the version.

I feel you are OK, if the goal is just to visualize and have the hatch marks as guides in your map. As mentioned previously, there are known limitations on support for measure and the warnings are expected.

@TechnoBowl72 The PODS organization is yet to officially release PODS 7.0.2 with Utility Network Support. The core structure of the ArcGIS Utility Network consists of one Structure Network and one or many Domain Networks. Conceptually, the Utility Network implementation pattern for PODS is demonstrated as in the following example: PODS UN Pipe Segment Pipeline Line Valve, Compressor Pipeline Device Coupling, Weld Pipeline Junction Pig Structure, Pump Station Pipeline Assembly Pipe Support, Anchor Structure Junction Pipe Station, Processing Facility Structure Boundary Casing Structure Line This is just a high-level schematic on how PODS will support Utility Network. This implementation pattern is complementary to supporting linear referencing and/or ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing. Please review the full model documentation once PODS 7.0.2 is released.

@DEAF_PROBERT_68 I typically start with the ready to use Text symbols and Label Placement options in ArcGIS Pro Labelling Ribbon. For e.g. use Shield > Road Centerline with or without North American Streets label placement. You can modify, fine tune the look and feel as needed using labeling properties. @GraemeBrowning_Aurizon A database backup and restore process can also be used. This option is best handled by a DBA. If using the copy/paste method, just QC/verify all the objects moved over correctly. Add branch versioning to your steps, assuming all edits are performed in versions.
