@JLau I use Generate Schema Report on a regular basis on large models. I have observed the HTML report format generates quickest and has the smallest file size.  There could be various environment factors including access/network connectivity, since you mention performance lag. Some users also face issues due to anti-virus scans running against DB queries from apps like ArcGIS Pro.  Are you able to generate a XML schema? A workaround could be to create a fGDB from the XML and generate schema report against the fGDB. @LoriEmersonKDOT 'Clear selection' should clear you out of the edit vertices state - this is expected behavior. - do you see this issue consistently across various data layers? or is this isolated to a select few? - are other users in your organization also facing the same? I assume you have re-started Pro session and re-booted computer as part of your troubleshooting. @Clubdebambos I would check with the source of SQLite database on GIS format. Looks like a non-ArcGIS format; once you know the format, there should be some conversion tools for ArcGIS. If it is a proprietary format, figuring out the relationship between relational tables to build the spatial objects could be tricky and not worth your time.    ... View more

@sophered The easy method is to use ArcMap while it is still available and convert all Personal Geodatabases to File Geodatabase. As in Geodatabase Schema Reports blog  roadmap includes a graphical representation of your data model.
