@Clubdebambos I would check with the source of SQLite database on GIS format. Looks like a non-ArcGIS format; once you know the format, there should be some conversion tools for ArcGIS. If it is a proprietary format, figuring out the relationship between relational tables to build the spatial objects could be tricky and not worth your time.

@sophered The easy method is to use ArcMap while it is still available and convert all Personal Geodatabases to File Geodatabase. A timeline should be defined for the transition as Personal Geodatabase is unsupported. Here are some available tools that saves you from coding: Migrating Data: Tools to migrate a personal geodatabase to a file or mobile geodatabase

@WassimEzzeddine Thanks, seems like diagram is a user preference. The UPDM Data Dictionary can be used for understanding and communication purposes. As in Geodatabase Schema Reports blog roadmap includes a graphical representation of your data model. So, once this enhancement is available, users may use Generate Schema Report tool to get a geodatabase diagram.

@MikeSmith8 There are better ways to model this; agree with @Scott_Harris that linear referencing, could be a great option. I think the problem lies in using Merge for features that really need to maintain their own record.

@WassimEzzeddine The Utility and Pipeline Data Model (UPDM) and related artifacts are published at Gas and Pipeline Referencing Utility Network Foundation The package includes UPDM Data Dictionary in HTML and Excel formats. You may use Generate Schema Report tool for additional formats as stated at Geodatabase Schema Reports blog However, a UML diagram is not included in the package as most data modelers and developers have transitioned to other modern tools. There are applications like Enterprise Architect (by Sparx Systems) that can be used to generate UML diagrams. Refer to this note about the use of UML for geodatabase design I am curious of your organizational needs for a conceptual model diagram? Specifically requirements that are not fulfilled by the UPDM Data Dictionary

@Bili Interesting topic and multiple modeling options depending on your use case. One way to look at this: you have a single product 'water' in the network. This typically drives the choice of 'domain network'. The partitioning of drinking water network and an agricultural water network can be achieved through one of the many techniques discussed here: Utility Network Architecture I would recommend a singular utility network, given the product (water) does flow from the drinking water network to the agricultural water network. A single utility network will also streamline data maintenance and reduce system overhead. But do consider use cases specific to your organization that may force the decision to have two different deployments of utility network. I didn't see any from the brief description posted.

@CharlotteMays_10 please check the tool parameters used. Specifically the LRS Name The name cannot already exist in the geodatabase. Also, it is best to configure LRS against the schema (without the data). You may run into additional errors if the data is pre-populated. Minimum schema items are used for the centerline, centerline sequence, calibration point, and redline feature classes. Ensure that the items are empty, contained in the same geodatabase, and not used by another LRS in the geodatabase. REF: Create LRS From Existing Dataset

@NicoleHanson1 The topic of Roads and Highways and z-aware features, is documented at: 3D in Roads and Highways While the software handles this scenario, the industry struggles with accurate and consistent elevation data along the features. It is important to consider both the state of the data and the related ArcGIS / Roads and Highways capability.
