My organization utilizes SharePoint online for our internal and external websites. When I try to embed my Story Map on the site it gets stuck on the Initializing, Thank you for Waiting screen. Even after I republish the page the Story Map is still stuck on this same screen. How do I get the story map to initialize so that we can share our the information across our organization with out the need for publishing a link.

I work for a State DOT and we are using Quick Capture to identify sites that will require damage assessments or debris removal immediately following an event. Since we have multiple districts using quick capture I have had to create a feature layer for each district and make a separate quick capture for each. I have also had to create separate dashboards for each one. I would like to be able to have one feature layer and one quick capture for all of the districts to use. However they would need to be able to select which district they are reporting for. This would allow me to filter the districts on the map and in the dashboard indicators. Currently Quick Capture only allows for one selection. Is there a way that I can give my districts the ability to chose which one the quick capture can be associated with? Or a way I can build it into that the design of the app?

Robert - That is the exact issue that is occurring in ArcGis Pro. Do you know if a work around was ever put forward?

I have a KML file that shows point locations and contains an image within that locations attributes. When I convert the KML file in Arcgis Pro the point location appears and the text populates in the attribute field. However the image that is also part of the data for each point does not appear. How do I go about getting the image to appear when converting the kml file? If I can't do that in Pro is there a work around that might be possible?

I have created a survey in Survey123. The survey is being used both online, using the field app installed to a mobile device, and using the field app installed on a laptop. The question I have is does Survey123 always capture the geopoint for the user filling out the survey. For my purposes I don't need a geopoint on a map for this survey as it is purely informational and provides context to what the viewer is seeing in the dashboard map.

When setting up quick capture I have noticed that the button label does not show up in the data fields shown on the map. How do I add a field to Quick Capture so that my dispatchers using workforce know the correct teams to send out based off of the button selected in quick capture?

I am a member of 2 different organizations and have an AGOL account for each. I am trying to add a feature service from my content in one organization to my content in the other. I am getting 2 error messages when doing this. The frst error message is "There is an error". This appears after I paste in the URL for the feature service. The second error message is "Valid service credentials not fully specified." This appears when I click add item. I have tried this both storing my credentials and prompting for authentication each time that I open the service. Has anyone else encountered this issue before.

I am running into this issue when I try to embed a story map. Does the story map have to be made public? Currently the story map is only available to our organization. The plan is to make the story map only available to the employee facing side of our website.

Johnathan, I checked and reset all of the permissions for the project. I am waiting for them to run a test this morning to see if that fixed the issue. I will let you know what happens after that has been completed.

I created a quick capture project. When I access the project through the mobile app there are no issues. When my colleagues try to submit a report (both IOS and Android) they get a failure to upload error message. They also do not get the option to take a photo. This does appear however on my mobile device. I have double and triple checked the project and when I update the project my colleagues receive a notification to update the project in the mobile app. However the same issue still persists. Is there something that I am missing in the settings for the project?

My organization is using workforce to dispatch field staff to conduct damage assessments. Once those assignments have been completed how do I delete them out of the project? I saw a similar question that was asked in 2016 and the answer involved writing script to delete those. I'm not a frequent enough user to have needed to learn to write script for some of these programs. Is there not an easier way to delete assignments? It would seem a delete button available to project owners would be a simple add.

We use quick capture for windshield damage assessments. It is used to determine the location of damage so assessment teams know where to go. Once those are completed how do I clear that data from the map in preparation for the next event?
