I am using experience builder to develop out a request for assitance process. The requests are being submitted using survey123. I am using a second survey to capture the information for the group filling the request. How ever I am getting a global ID error message. I'm not sure how to go about fixing this since the surveys are being used within experience builder instead of a dashboard. How do I fix the global id error for my second survey so that the feature layer can be edited? Wade_Bryan_0-1667479792382.png

I am trying to embed a website my organization uses for road weather into our Situational Awareness Experience page. When I try to log into the website I get a cookies error message. Wade_Bryan_0-1663681345289.png It is a Https URL and our Vendor doesn't know why it won't embed as there isn't anything on their end that would cause a problem that they can see. Has anyone run into this issue or if there is a fix?

I was able to get it to work. but when I go to the map I'm still getting this: Wade_Bryan_0-1658345368085.png Also, the indicator tiles in my dashboard are not picking up the field 'Status' correctly. I have a tile with a filter set for reviewed and one for submitted.

When I use the arcade expression I end up getting this error message: Execution Error:Runtime Error: Identifier Not Found. reviewed Any thoughts?

I have a feature layer with a mishmash of values that should be the same. IE: Features that should be marked as "Reviewed" might be "Reviewed" or "reviewed", resulting in a legend with 4x classes instead of two? Wade_Bryan_0-1658260007473.png This issue occurred when I updated and republished my survey. It was suggested I recalculate the field using an arcade expression. I have never done this before and was hoping someone could give me an idea of how to go about it.

Derrick, Thank you for the response. I went and manually changed the fields but what you described here " Aside from that, I'm guessing that you may now have a feature layer with a mishmash of values that should be the same? If that's the case, you could fix it with "Calculate Field", using Arcade, also from the feature layer's data page. That is doable, but maybe a little more complicated if you haven't used Arcade much. You could just manually correct each feature after updating your list option, if you have a small amount of features. If you still need to use Arcade to fix this issue, just reply here and we should be able to get it sorted out for you. I don't want to type out a long response to that if it's not an issue you're facing anyways. " is what I am running into now. I haven't really used arcade at all so any information you can share would be greatly apprecaited.

I had field crews have this happen to them today. Since we had a hidden field capturing the user's information it forced the survey into drafts when that didn't populate. Once they were logged back when they went to open the survey in drafts it didn't capture that information and wouldn't let me submit the survey. Has there been any progress on addressing the logging out issue? We are using a mix of devices of Apple and various android devices. All are using the most up-to-date version of the Survey123 app on their device.

I recently received a new computer and had to download Survey123 Connect again. I am running version 3.14.256. The app opens just fine but when I go to open any of my surveys they either get stuck loading or I immediately receive a Not Responding error message. Is anyone else experiencing this with this version? Do I need to download connect again?

I have a survey that I recently updated. One of the questions has 2 answers "Submitted" and "Reviewed". After the update, the survey is showing a new submitted and reviewed option in the field. I was told that I need to recalculate the field so that all the answers appear the same on the map. How do I go about doing this?

Yea none of the social media or live map web apps are available anymore. Those would have been ideal for what I am trying to accomplish. The old public information configurable app would have been perfect but it's no longer in the app list.

I have a dashboard that I am using to display information being collected in the field using Survey123. I have a date selector in the header that adjusts all of the indicators and other components of the dashboard. Is there a way to use the date selector to filter the map as well to only display the points that correspond to the selected date?

The survey was published earlier and there have been a few updates to it over time. I thought that might be the reason. The issue I am having is that the feature layer isn't showing the other options when I am creating an indicator in my dashboard.

I created a damage assessment survey in Survey123. When I go to adjust how the image looks there are multiple unique values showing for one of the questions. The question only has 2 answers, submitted and reviewed. Wade_Bryan_0-1633717321629.png I recently did an update to the survey and noticed the issue because new submissions are showing up a different color than the other submissions. This also caused issues with a dashboard that displays the information. As a quick problem fix, I went into the survey data on the survey123 website and updated all the surveys to the correct information. Does anyone have an idea as to why this might be occurring? I am using the new webmap and also the new dashboard.

That is what I currently do and want to stop doing. Also, I am using AGOL and not Enterprise. But I appreciate the replies. I'll just keep doing what we are doing until I can get approval for integromat or Esri decides to provide support in power automate.
