I am currently using two surveys tied to the same feature service. Field users submit the first survey and the second reviews and updates information from the first survey. The work just fine. I recently implemented a new workflow linking to a CSV to create an incident number in the first survey. I would like the second survey only to show the submission chosen in the first. My question is two parts: 1) Do I need to link the CSV to the survey used to review the first? 2) Do I need to have a select one from the file question in the second survey, or can it be a read-only text field?

I am creating a dashboard that will display information gathered from a survey. I am using the details element in the dashboard to display the information in the fields of the layer. When I create the details element it puts the fields in a random order instead of displaying them in the field order for the layer. Is there a way to correct this issue? Images below

That would actually work for our workflow. We would be updating the CSV manually prior to each event since the event is typically sporadic and we have time before the damage assessments are assigned to make those updates.

@DougBrowning and @abureaux It looks like the linked content is going to be the best option. Is there a way to get the survey to pull just one item off the CSV to populate the question instead of creating a list? For example, the CSV contains 10 event numbers, but I need the survey to pull the event number that is at the top of that CSV list. Not all 10 event numbers. I don't want to confuse our staff that is in collecting te data in the field

My organization uses survey123 to collect damage assessments following a disaster. I would like to use the pull data function in Survey123 Connect to populate a question. The damage assessment comprises 3 surveys (Master, Field User, and Office Reviewer). The field user and office reviewer surveys connect to the master through the submission URL. Where is the best place to put my CSV that contains the list of event numbers? I would also like to ensure the surveys pull the most recently added event number from the CSV. I have thought of using a survey to create the event number, but the issue I have is that some of our users operate in areas where there is little to no cell service, so pulling from another feature service wouldn't be practical when that happens. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

My organization recently gave me access to ArcGIS Velocity and I am working to pull some data from an external XML file. Within the XML schema, the geocoding for location is shown like this "36.63610131 -81.9392393". I'm trying to find if there is a calculation in Velocity that will allow me to fix the geocoding so that it matches the needed schema for the feature service to map the point. This is my first time using Velocity so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am embedding a website into experience builder. The website displays its login page but when a user tries to log in an error message pops up that reads "Please configure your browser to accept cookies from us". The URL works just fine in my browser if I open it separately. I only get the error message when trying to embed it into the experience builder.

Good morning, I'm still getting the conversion failed error message. I am using survey123 connect signed in through ArcGIS online. I verifeid the service and it is the same as the on @IsmaelChivite posted above. I am using version 3.14.274 I am creating a new survey from an xls file when this occurs. Bryan Wade

Good morning, I am working on a product that both office and field staff can use during hurricane evacuations. I was thinking of using field maps for this but I haven't found a use case where what I want to do has been done. Below is the scenario: Hurricane Gate Closure Scenario A contractor is dispatched to close the hurricane traffic control gate The contractor notifies the Agency office staff gate is closed Agency office staff marks the gate as a"Contractor Closed" in GIS (Maybe using field maps) An Agency Monitor verifies the gate is closed from the field and marks the gate as "Verified Closed" in GIS (maybe field maps) The process would then be the same to mark the gate as open The majority of the time the map will always show the gates are open except during testing or when there is an actual coastal evacuation due to a hurricane. Additionally, I am unable to give the contractors access to the GIS system Is this something that field maps could be used for or is there a better option I am not thinking of?

Alison, If I want to send that report in an email as part of the flow where would I put that in as part of my flow? Below is an image of how I inserted it but when I tested it I didn't get an email attachment.

One of the divisions at my agency has built a Power BI dashboard. I am trying to embed it in an Experience project we have that is used for situational awareness. I am getting the following error message when trying to do this. Is there a workaround for embedding this type of content or is this not a capability of experience builder?

I am working on a request management survey. One of the questions has the user select which District they are responding for. I would like to use that question to change the polygon color of the responding district on the base map. I'm used to using normal geopoint questions but this is my first time using a polygon for this type of question. Any thoughts on the best way to go about it.

Ismael, Thank you, that worked. Now i am getting a GlobalID error message when I embed my review surveys into experience builder. The GlobalID is set to true for editing in the feature service.

I recently moved a survey into a new folder and deleted the old folder. When republishing did not work I went into the Iteminfo file in my survey folders and changed the ID number to new the folder. I then saved the Iteminfo with the new information. When I went to republish the survey I got the error message "User Folder does not Exist". When I go back to the iteminfo file for the survey the folder ID number has changed back to the old ID number. Am i missing a step in this process or do I just need to save my xls files and republish the survey and the corresponding surveys all over again.
