If you configure your own editor tracking fields incorrectly, like set to non-nullable or field definitions is set to editable, you can run into the issue. The message can be improved.

What is the support ticket number? Can you confirm if both scenarios fails? 1) if you click sync with your existing offline data 2) download new offline area, do some edits and sync From what I heard, for the job you submitted earlier today when the issues happen, it will appear hung.

The issue is related to how you publish feature service with related record. Here are three ways you can run into this that I am aware of: 1) using Survey123 connect to create 2) upload fileGDB with related record to publish 3) Using ArcGIS REST api to create service The JSON for those hosted feature service with related table will have null 'templates' information, which cause issue to Collector. We plan to address it but no specific time yet. If you are using ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro to publish, you should not run into this.

Collector Windows is using windows location instead of traditional COM port. This issue requires additional configuration and sensor driver update to 1) properly configure the internal uBlox GNSS chipset and 2) properly wire the uBlox GNSS to the Windows location/sensor API. Have you tried to reach out to Trimble?
