For Trimble R2 with iOS, Z value datum is based on your base station, such as NAD 83 2011 rather than NAVD 88. This could change in future. You can compare with your GNSS metadata if you have configured. Altitude at GNSS metadata is always HAE height.  ... View more

For Bill's issue, we have one known issue with publishing multiple layers using ArcGIS Pro fails to download at Collector iOS. Current workaround is to add individual layer to the webmap instead of feature layer item, like adding https://services.arcgis.com/[org]/ArcGIS/rest/services/RedlandsWaterSewer/FeatureServer/36 instead feature layer item of https://[orgURL]/home/item.html?id=5d8d78051078415c806f1f429d414608   For Lidia's question, the screenshot looks like Collector iOS classic. The datum transformation can happen at multiple places: from GPS point to webmap (defined by location profile), from webmap to feature layer, from feature layer to your own geodatabase. While you tried with location profile, pay attention to other places: basemap choice, coordinate system and datum transformation setting at data frame at ArcMap. Samantha/Matt, can you check if your Android device is Android 8 or higher? if it is Android 8, we have a known issue about background streaming. We will address the issue at new generation of Collector. Currently it is at beta.  Paul, about the issue at iOS, this will be a new issue. I did a quick check with iPhone 7 plus with iOS 12.3. Did you create offline area and try to download and open, it fails? If so, my guess is the offline area might not created successfully. At ArcGIS Online/Enterprise, you can tap on the area package you created, check if there is a replica created for each service of your webmap, also check if basemap file exists.  ... View more

Do you run at Collector iOS? If the layer fails to load, you can tap on layer tool of the webmap, tap on the layer that fails to load, click share error. You can see the detail why the layer fails.  ... View more
