Hey Lauren, We have addressed this in our June 2018 release of ArcGIS Online. On the Options tab in Minimal Gallery's configuration panel, there is now a new check box for "Open document link item type in browser". You should see this the next time you configure your Minimal Gallery. Let me know if you have any issues or questions on this. Thanks! -Matt

Scott, A tool you can use to refine the polygons would be Simplify Polygon (Cartography). However, before you try manipulating your data, you may test to see if the issue is actually your SDE environment. Make a copy of the polygon feature class into a File Geodatabase somewhere on your local C drive. If this copied feature class performs up to par, then the issue is related to the SDE environment and not the feature class itself. Matt

Steve, Are you setting anything in the Field Map section of the Merge tool, such as Merge Rule, etc.? Also, are you getting the same issues with other/similar data? Matt

Don, How did you create these attachments? Adding them through AGOL after enabling attachments to the feature service should work. Matt

Aaron, Are you looking to "start editing" on an existing valve layer or do you want to actually create the value layer? Also, what do you mean by "...can I open the valve layer for editing from the Pipeline layer..."? Matt

Mike, In previous versions, there was a check box on the sign in window inside of Excel > Esri Maps for Office > Sign In that allowed you to choose 'Keep me signed in'. In the newest version, this is not an option. The newest version introduces the option for you to take advantage of Portal for ArcGIS or Enterprise log ins. During the install process of Esri Maps for Office 2.1, you are prompted with the attached window of options to determine how you want to sign in: Matt

I can not think of a way to accomplish this off the top of my head as polygon symbology is continuous. Plus, you are wanting the crosses to start and end at each corner. This doesn't sound possible especially when you have polygons of varying sizes in the map. I haven't looked completely through all of the options but I believe this cannot be done using symbology. Polygon symbology, unlike point symbology, is continuous because of all of the different types of shapes and sizes that polygons can come in. Points on the other hand stay the exact same. Potentially, you could use code such as Python to grab the vertices of each polygon and create crossing lines to give the 'X' effect, however, these lines would be features and not symbology. This would not be ideal for when new features are created or moved. Matt

Fabio, The following link may be helpful to you for credit usage information: ArcGIS Online Service Credits Overview http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/arcgisonline/credits With ArcMap 10, you are not able to directly publish maps as services to ArcGIS Online. This functionality was introduced at the 10.1 release. You can, however, publish maps from ArcMap 10 to ArcGIS Server. You will utilize the Map Service Publishing Toolbar. Matt

Hello Tamra, It appears you can use Insert > Dynamic Text > Data Driven Page Attribute, however this will be pulling attributes from the layer that you are using as your index layer (in your case, the grid). Is it at all possible for you to set the buildings layer as your index layer? If you have a unique field within the buildings layer, you can probably accomplish this. Regards, Matt

Randy, Yes. If the user deletes the data, there is no way of re-obtaining it. They would need to add the CSV file to ArcGIS Online again. Matt

Tanya, When uploading the CSV file, the data is stored in "the cloud", meaning, the data is hosted in a server environment for you. If you choose to not share it with anyone, you will be the only person with access to the data. When you do decide to share it, you have options to share it with your organization, certain groups, or everyone. Matt
