Hello! This thread has collected additional ideas beyond the initial one that was posted. As mentioned in the ArcGIS Ideas Submission Guidelines, it's best to have "one submission = one idea" so community members understand what they are voting for and development teams can clearly differentiate specific features and enhancements. If would be great if one of the subsequent commenters (@HelenCooper, @tt5vw1, @SaraJL, @KathrynHailes) could please create a separate idea for including the ability to show a pop-up when a map action is triggered so that can be tracked separately. @DfIRivers -- Yesterday's planned release was delayed until tonight (our release notes will be updated to reflect this tomorrow), so this hasn't been fixed just yet. However, when you try this again tomorrow, be sure to not use a short URL in your iframe. Short URLs are for conveniently sharing a link with someone else, but shouldn't be used when providing a URL for an embed or in HTML code. Since a short URL needs to be resolved into its full form, you may experience unexpected results. Be sure to always use the full URL in these cases.   ... View more

@NikhilLalwani -- I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue with your StoryMap. Were you changing the sharing from the Sharing settings option or were you republishing? I was going to suggest that you unpublish and republish the story to see if that addresses the issue. If that doesn't work, we do have a fix coming for an issue with subscription/premium content layers in an update tomorrow evening. @MatthewBane -- Can you say more about your requirement that the launching pad be a native app? You can already create a collection and use that as a launching point for stories, ArcGIS content, or other links, and collections have a pretty good mobile experience. Hello @TimHoeflich1 - Thanks for sharing your feedback on this topic.   When we built ArcGIS StoryMaps we looked to provide more storytelling capabilities, a higher level of security, and make it easier to do many things that required special coding skills in the classic templates. There are now lots of things you can do with the builders that you needed code for in the past.  It would be great if you could provide more information about what you did in your classic story that required using HTML. Could you share some details? At this time, using HTML code inside a story is not supported. This is something that may come in the future, but currently you can use one of the available themes or make your own custom theme selecting from over 1000 fonts, using your own colors, and choosing from different style options. I'm sorry, we don't know. I would think the work the Dashboard team did would allow file downloads in other embedded scenarios outside of StoryMaps. It would be good to check with those teams if you are seeing an issue with that combination of apps. ... View more
