Add Map Series and Tabbed Themes to New StoryMaps

Add map series and tabbed layouts to the new StoryMaps similar to what StoryMaps Classic has, such that it allows you to create multiple immersive maps (e.g. Guided tour), regular maps, or web apps (e.g. Web AppBuilder apps) to be displayed in separate tabs within a single Story.

Hi @OwenGeo, any word back from the instant apps team regarding a map synchronization setting within Portfolio?

@HaileyWright1 -- Sorry for not following up on this. They do have it on their radar, but no specific roadmap date (at least when I chatted with them a few months ago). I would suggest adding an idea to the Instant Apps Ideas Board so they can track it better on their end.
