I have not gotten to that yet I am just trying to get part of the model working. I might have found a work around. I am going to make a near table. run the y= 124.8 e^(-0.05x) equation then sum all of them. After that I will multiply by the structure score. This should just bypass the whole model. I will post here if it does. Near table.

Dan Patterson Thanks I will look at those. I think the hard part is that it is joining a field before calculate field. I have to put in the parameters before the model gets run

Dan Patterson Yes I did I have a second iterator but I am having issues with the whole thing not just the iterator part so I removed it from the question.

So below is what I was asked to calculate. I thought summarize within would cut it but it will not. This needs to happen for all 6000+ buildings in my city. Drew Flater Thanks!

Drew Flater Thank you for getting back to me on this! it is very helpful. i might have uses for this in the future. I have now been told that this is not the calculation we want run. I will be posting a new question and will link it here when its up. https://community.esri.com/message/917615-arcgis-pro-model-builder-help

David Kunz We were not able to get it to deploy on our Portal. We had to deploy it to AGOL. Coronavirus Response | ArcGIS Solutions for Local Government It says on the solution site: Solution hosting ArcGIS Online Maybe this will change when they have more time to work on it? I believe if you can host it on portal it would say: Solution hosting ArcGIS Online, or ArcGIS Enterprise 10.4 - 10.8 (Standard or Advanced) with managed data store

Try making your legend box bigger. Some times it throws an error when it is not large enough. You can then go to the settings and make the text smaller for the legend.

Why don't you reset your mobile data usage on a test device (iOS) and then pan around a map adding one point a min for 5 min our and hour to see how much data gets used. Check the cellular data usage on your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support "View how much data you're using To see how much cellular data that you've used, go to Settings > Cellular or Settings > Mobile Data. If you're using an iPad, you might see Settings > Cellular Data instead. Scroll down to find which apps are using cellular data. If you don't want an app to use cellular data, you can turn it off for that app. When cellular data is off, apps will only use Wi-Fi for data. To see the cellular data usage for individual System Services, go to Settings > Cellular or Settings > Mobile Data. Then scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap System Services. Cellular data can't be turned on or off for individual System Services. You can view the data usage statistics for an app from a current period, or view app data statistics for apps that use data when you were roaming. To reset these statistics, go to Settings > Cellular or Settings > Mobile Data, and tap Reset Statistics." -apple website
