@PamelaLocke1  I have had some weird issues with permissions. I have had to create another account that I have access to with the same exact permissions to test out any bugs. I am not sure why it would not work on chrome but work on firefox   ... View more

The work around we just figured out is to create the pro project with the layer on my desktop, save it to our network, then open the project on the surface pro. The Surface Pro was able to view and edit the layer after that. ... View more
