Hello, I am playing around with creating a hub site that explains the GIS services my team can do/has done for city departments: displaying maps (static & dynamic), sites (internal EOCs, public sites, etc.), surveys, and accompanying explanations. There is a desire for it only to be accessible through the internal gov site for employees, 98% do not and will not be given an AGOL log-in. Is there a way for this to happen? Thanks

Hello All! I am created a survey in Survey123 Connect (3.11.123). The survey will act as a registration form for walking tour companies in the City. They may use the app or website to access the survey. I am wondering if there is a way to pan while using the geotrace (vertex), so that the users can be as accurate as possible. Feel free to point me toward any documentation that I may have missed. Thank you!

Hello, For a variety of reasons I need to have a hub site with a few applications cards that are experience builder pages (has required features). However, these are extremely slow to load, sometimes taking up to 30 seconds. When I click on the next hub page, anything that was built with experience builder is blank for some time. I am wondering if there is a solution to this? Embedding the experience builder site using and Iframe option takes the same time to load.

There is no splash screen available in hub. However you can embed an ArcGIS Experience page that can have a splash screen - which they call a window in Experience Builder. They make it really user friendly. So you can add an application card in hub and then select the Experience you created. https://developers.arcgis.com/experience-builder/guide/add-windows/ (FYI- I talked to one of the hub designers during the User Experience Conference a month ago. They said there are no immediate plans to include a "out-of-the-box" splash screen in hub.)

I have a similar question. I have a long lag before anything on the page loads. I know hub as a little animation that indicates it is loading. Is there a way to add something into Experience builder? I am worried about publishing it to the public and they would think nothing is happening & close it before it loads.

I have had the same question - So, to make sure I am understanding it clearly - in say layout 2, 1) duplicate the widget you want to modify, 2) append the original widget in layout 2, 3) modify the duplicate widget to meet the layout 2 needs. Then when returning to layout 1 only the original widget, will be viewed? I have already built my site almost to completion in layout 1... spent a bit of time making changes to font in, and removing some widgets in layout 2.... then when I returned to layout one it kept about 50% of the changes I made in layout 2. It was a frustrating moment. So I just want to make sure I proceed correctly. Is there a list of which modifications will carry over from one layout to another, and which ones will not? Thank you! Appreciate all of the help!

Hello! I created a few pages in experience builder for what was 2 different sites. Now its is preferred that I do it all in experience builder and put them together. I want to add a page, and bring pages from one experience into another. Is there a way to import a page from one experience to another? Or is this something that has to be done through the ArcGIS Online Assistant? Thanks in advance!

Yes, I have done a work around by having the web app with a splash screen be the first thing they see when the hub opens, but it doesn't really function/look great. Temporarily the best I've figured out at this time.

My organization does not use pro regularly. We just got it and I haven't done much but dabble. I saw the Geonet discussions about doing this in Pro. Most of what I was reading I believe was posted a few years ago. Any chance this can be don't in ArcMap? Also, my survey has a repeat with multiple locations (you nudged me in that direction last week I believe. Super helpful). The context: My school district is delivering food to students in need via the school bus stops. There are 485 locations students can get meals during the week. They gave me this data as a spreadsheet with XY data (saved as CSV). I want to append this to my other data set from the other food assistance programs. Looking for a solution that does not involve pro. Is there any? New to working with survey123/ publishing in AGOL aswell. Apologies if these questions seem elementary. I appreciate all of the help!

Yes! My brain did not take me there. That must be what is happening. Is there a way for it not to display this? I want it to display the time as 1:00 PM not 13:00:00.000-04:00. Doug, you wouldn't also happen to be able to answer a question related to appending XY data to my survey123 data? Something isn't working. Will discuss more if so.
