Hi, My watermark is working great using the bind::esri:parameters column using this statement: bottomRightWatermark="Photographed on: @[datetime:d MMM yyyy HH:mm] \n At: @[latitude longitude] \n Direction in Degrees: @[direction]&color=yellow&outlineColor=black&haloColor=white&size=32&bold=true&margin=10". However, the photo direction shows way too many numbers after the decimal point. Is there a simple way to round this number directly in the bind::esri:parameters column statement? Thank you! Ismael, Is this still the case? Have a customer who wants to do a signature in the web browser while filling out a survey. Thanks, Amy

Thank you Johnathan. The project is ongoing so we need to get the customer a new solution as soon as possible. This is because their current solution is a product called GeoLink that is failing due to Windows updates and the software not being upgraded. They map exotic vegetation species from a helicopter which is why they need to draw polygons of areas with infestations that are never right below the helicopter, and the collection of data must be very quick as they are flying fast to cover huge areas along transects with each flight. Each time they fly with the antiquated GeoLink system, they run the risk of the software not working and wasting thousands of dollars in helicopter time/gas.ismael chiviteJohnathan Hasthorpeismael chivite

Hi Ismael, Any update to the above idea? We are now in the final stages of researching/selecting the app(s) that would meet the requirements listed above in James Crandall's post. I have read about the Field Maps app but I still believe we were closer to accomplishing our complete project goals with the split screen tablet view in Quick Capture. The only functionality missing is the ability to draw a polygon offset from the location of the device. ismael chivite Thank you.

Wow, thanks Aaron. I had not heard about the Field Maps app until your post. We have a current project with a workflow that involves Survey123, Tracker, and Explorer. It sounds like Field Maps will be combining all the functionalities that these 3 separate apps are serving. Will it be integrated with Survey123 as well, and if so, will there be a field that relates the survey to the Field Maps project? Thank you! #brandon armstrong

Ideally, we would like to have the same polygon draw tool from Survey123 as a way to take our polygon in Quick Capture.

Ismael Chivite Michele Lundeen James Crandall We are interested in using the split screen approach in Quick Capture where we could draw a quick polygon (with a fingertip or stylus using the imagery basemap) instead of streaming one. We need to draw quick polygons that are offset from our current location. Is/will that functionality be available in the future?

Thank you Brandon! Yes, that was it. Oops. Error message resolved once web map was shared to the group.

I am the owner of the hosted service for which I run a feature report for one record on survey123.arcgis.com. The report uses a custom Word template and when I generate the report, it is created nicely (with photos). I asked one of our admins to run the same report using the same template on the same OID and he can also run it fine. However, none of the field surveyors who are the ones submitting the surveys and who are in the AGOL group, can generate the same report using the same template with the same OID. Attached to this question is the long error message they receive when trying to run a report. Is this an ownership issue?

Hi James, Same issue as Andrew Hargreaves. I ran the tool for the first time today in ArcCatalog successfully but I had the same issue where the schema came through and the relationship class, but there was no data in the two feature classes in the fgdb. We don't have Pro yet. Thanks, Amy

Hi James, I need to do this as well, but instead of a series of questions, I have a Yes/No question in a repeat ${CaptureYN}. If the answer is ever "Yes" to ${CaptureYN}, I want to make the answer to a select_one yes/no question named ${SubmitSnake} Yes. Will this work for a question in a repeat? if(regex(concat(${CaptureYN}, '^.*Yes.*$'), 'Yes', 'No')) When I try this calculation, I get an error that it "cannot handle function 'if'. Requires 3 arguments. Only 1 provided.

This is occurring on both iOS and Android.Philip WilsonJames Tedrick Is there a way I can fix this?

Hi John, Did this enhancement take place? We are looking to save batch reports as .pdfs and to name them according to data fields from the survey such as date, project location, contract company name (these are fields in the survey). Thanks so much, Amy Peters

Chris, Thank you for responding. Yes, I just submitted a ticket with ESRI tech support. FYI, it is happening on all the 20 mobile devices (Apple and Android). They are all running the most current Survey123 field app version (3.0.149) and operating system and I published it from Connect version 3. The survey was republished after a schema change recently, and this time, I did not create a new survey, I just changed the schema and it overwrote the existing survey and data was erased (I backed it up first). There is only one field that gets frozen in the entire survey but it happens every time you open a Sent survey. The question is inside of a group and inside of a repeat, but does not have a calculation, relevant, default, required value, or esri:fieldType override value or anything that would cause it to freeze. The only way to "wake it up" so you can answer the yes/no question is by tapping the plus sign to enter a second record in the repeat. On the second record, you can answer the question and all rule based fields appear. But then you are left with the first record in that repeat being blank. I'll post again when I get the answer from ESRI. Thanks again.
