We have staff who survey exotic vegetation from a helicopter. They love the split screen and large and quick buttons to add attributes to features. However, they need to draw polygons around vegetation on imagery that they see out the window of the helicopter that is never at their exact location. After digitizing the polygon of say a stand of melaleuca trees, they need to rapidly add many attributes to it such as species, abundance, and habitat type. The freehand draw polygon tool found in Survey123 would be the perfect tool to do this.
@ChelseaRozek We've been experimenting on this sketch-based capture feature, which allows users to manually sketch features on the map. If you like to test it out and provide your feedback, please reach out to us at quickcapture@esri.com
@Mandy_Li is there any update on this and are you still looking for users to test the functionality? We're looking for the functionality for the same purpose as @Peters_Amy
