Try creating a copy of the original web map instead of adding the service to a new web map.

We have a 3rd generation iPad and Trimble R1 receiver with up-to-date firmware. Apparently, the 3rd gen. iPad is not one of the supported hardware, and R1 cannot connect to it via Bluetooth. I am wondering if anyone had the similar experience and knows a way to resolve this issue.

If user collects data in Survey123 for iOS in offline environment, where is the data stored? If sync (data submission) fails for some reason, is there any way to retrieve data collection form iOS device?

Did you happen to republish and overwrite an existing feature service? It has happened to me when I made database schema changes and republished and overwrote an existing service (because the layers in the map were pointing to the wrong layers in the service)

I have a open Esri support ticket, they are very slow to respond so I thought someone on GeoNet might be able to help me. I have an offline data collection project (Collector iOS most recent version, feature service on ArcGIS Server 10.3, archiving enabled, two-tier relationship, attachment enabled). In the web map, I see the attributes some other testers entered, namely weather and inspector name values. However when I create a replica by downloading the map in Collector or by passing parameters to REST end point "crate replica" the replicas show blank for those two fields. If I take the map online, I see the weather and inspector name values both in Collector and web map. Does any one know/guess what is causing the issue?

Collector on iOS 10.3.8, feature service on ArcGIS Server 10.3 When I download a map in Collector, I can visibly check that a replica gas been created on the server. However, when I try to sync, I get "Replica with this GUID does not exist on the server" as if the replica has been unregistered. It is strange that the error message does not show the specific GUID number; it just says "this GUID". When I remove the downloaded map within Collector, it does not unregistered the replica. In addition, I cannot reproduce the error consistently. I use the same web map that pulls the same feature service, make no changes and download a new map in Collector and the sync works fine! And it also unregisters the replica when I remove the map. Any idea what's happening here?

This used to work with Collector 10.2, but it looks like this workaround no longer works with Collector 10.3. What has changed?

"The big thing about step 3 is that the item is PUBLIC (the app item that you are registering). The webmap is still private and secured though." This is a false statement. By making your app registration information public, you are basically sharing your appID and secret with everyone.

I had the same issue; none of the WAB 1.x versions would open internet browser, and it also slowed down all other processes. I fixed the issue by adding the node.js file shipped with the WAB as allowed program through Windows Firewall. Windows Firewall Allow a program through Windows Firewall Allow another program Browse to your extracted WAB folder > server > node_for your system.js.

I have a Collector map set up for offline inspection in Michigan area. The service's extent is set to Ann Arbor and it's been working well for offline data collection for the past few months. I recently noticed the performance of the map has declined; very slow to download it to iOS device and the map doesn't show related records at times. I noticed one of the app testers has added new points in areas that are out of the feature service's extent (in San Francisco). Can this be the cause of the issue?

I examined the web map and noticed that the feature service that was causing the issue had two slashes at the end. Correcting that has fixed the issue. FYI, the issue was when trying to add a new related record offline (tabular record, not a spatial feature), my initial selection for parent feature got unselected and then Collector tried to get location as if I was trying to collect a new spatial feature. Thanks for your attention

Collector version: 10.3.5 iOS Feature services are hosted on ArcGIS Online. Device: iOS 9.1 I have two feature services hosted on AGOL They both are single feature layer with multiple related tables that are verified to work for offline data collection. When I make a collector map using both services, it works fine for online data collection. But when I download the map for offline data collection, I can't add new related records to one of the services. Is this a known limitation of Collector?
