Hello, I was wondering if there is an update in regards to the Report API and adding images to the report. We are currently on ArcGIS Enterprise(Portal) 10.6.1. We have created a script to call our feature service that is in our Portal and use the report api to create the report but the image does not get added to the report. We have been using this same script to call feature services that are on AGOL and the script works perfect and images are added to the report. We are only experencing this issue in our Portal.

Yes... But my issue is more on when I create the feature class in our SDE. If I remember the process correctly, I need to archive the data in order for the feature class to be used by Survey123. Is there a way I can create a feature class in my SDE and be used by Survey123 without having to archive it?

Hi Robert, In this scenario I am using a webmap app to assign and re-assign the work. I have also tried doing updates via an Survey123 form just be used for edits and the same issue still occurs.

Is it possible to Support ApplyEdits with Global Ids without Archiving the data? I have tried the following scenario: - Create the Survey123 form and then after it was created, I removed the archiving from the data. Once the data was no longer achieved, I tried completing a survey record from my inbox and I was unable to complete it due to the data not being archived. The reason I am looking into this is because when I create a Operations Dashboard the data is being duplicated. Example if a record comes in as unassigned to a field agent and I then I assign it to a field agent the record is now counted twice. Once as unassigned and again as it being assigned. If the data is not archived, this issue does not happen. We are currently using Survey123 to edit the data. Our current set up is: - ArcMap 10.6.1 - ArcGIS Server Manger 10.6.1 - Orcaale

Do web hooks get triggered using the web version of Survey123? We are using Operations Dashboard as in the example mentioned in the post. We are allowing user to edit the data in Survey123 form. Once the data was edited and submitted, the web hook was not trigger. I then went to the survey123 app and did an edit and submitted my edit and webhook got triggered. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong.

Was this issue resolved? I am having a similar issue. When I active the filter widget, my layers disappear if I am not VPN'd into my company's network. Once I VPN in, the filter widget works. I have a batch attribute editor widget that works when I am not VPN'd in. We are on portal 10.6.

Just to add to JAVIER VARA SANZ idea I would like the following: Auto refresh to occur at the time the user clicks on the "Inbox" button Creator of Survey123 form to have the ability to manually configure the auto refresh time. Auto refresh to occur once the user submits a survey.

Andy, I have a similar scenario like yours and we are using is a webmap app. We have someone login to the webmap app to assign jobs to our field personnel. The dispatcher has the option to use the batch attribute editor widget to mass assign jobs or use the edit widget to assign one job at a time. Our dispatcher is assigning work to the field personnel throughout the day. Since Survey123 doesn't have any alerts once new jobs (surveys) have been assigned to a user, we use email or phone calls as a form of communication between the dispatcher and the field personnel. Good morning, I am getting error message "Code 400 - Cannot perform query. Invalid query parameters" due to my inbox query. Our current AGOL usernames end with '@iid.com' (Example jcardenas@iid.com). I am attempting to do a query on an attribute within the schema but the username appears without the '@iid.com' (Example jccardenas). I have attempted the following inbox queries: - prop_tech LIKE ${username} - prop_tech LIKE ${username}% - prop_tech LIKE '${username}%' - prop_tech LIKE ${username}%* - prop_tech LIKE '${username}%*' In the schema,I currently have about 6 users and I would not like to create multiple survey123 forms for each user. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Currently Webhooks can be triggered when a new record is submitted. Is it possible or will it be possible in the future, to trigger the webhook when there is a change to a previously submitted record?
