This is working for the most part, except I'm having trouble with the data view part. The hosted feature view (stakeholder) is showing 70 data points when there are really only 45. It's also showing a data point that I deleted. The hosted feature service seems to have the right data, but the view is showing some points twice and the deleted one. Any idea why this would be? I created a new hosted feature view on our portal and it has the same problems as the stakeholder one. Was I supposed to publish with globalIDs and sync? I'm always confused on those choices. I can publish maps directly from the hosted feature service, but I'd rather not since it has editing enabled. This is being used by the sheriff's office for active damage assessment, currently. Thanks, Keith Linn County, OR

I'll make some notes going forward and let you know. It dropped the connection over the weekend, but has been stable since this morning so far. Last week, I was getting dropped connections multiple times a day. Did you make the update on the Integromat side of things? Let me know if there is a bug fix for Enterprise. I'm running 10.7.1. --Keith

Hi Shwu-jing Jeng, I'm running a portal survey123 configuration and I'm getting the [498] Integromat error on my Enterprise connection. Sometimes daily, sometimes hourly. Each time I press the re-authorize button and it's successful, but then it drops the connection again. Failed to verify connection 'Linn County Enterprise Server Connection'. [498] invalidated refresh_token Any idea why this is happening? Do I need to delete the Integromat app from Portal and re-create the connection in Integromat? It seemed to be working fine for weeks at a time a month ago. James Tedrick? Thanks, --Keith

Hi James, Any idea when Enterprise will support Survey123 attachments transferred to Integromat scenarios? I cannot find any information in the survey123 payload about the signature attachment image from my survey. I'm running Enterprise 10.7.1. --Keith

Hi James. I'm having the the same problem as Scott. I can login to my enterprise surveys from survey123.arcgis.com, but I cannot generate feature reports. This is with a federated enterprise at 10.7.1. Download sample template fails in the Feature Reports -> Manage Templates area on the survey123.arcgis.com site. I get the error "Item specified by surveyItemId does not exist or is not accessible" which doesn't make sense. Same error when I try to generate reports. I'm using Survey123 Connect 3.7.60 with list classes and other code I don't think is available to the web designer. Is this a case of feature reports just not being available for enterprise yet? Thanks, --Keith #sruvey123 report template #feature reports

Any progress on this question? I have survey123 on portal 10.7 and I can't upload any report templates. "Item specified by surveyitemid does not exist or is not accessible". The survey was made with survey123 connect 3.7.60. --Keith

Hi Maureen, Sorry for the late reply. I think this issue was related to me not having the web context URL set on my portal admin directories. "WebContextURL":"https://gis.co.linn.or.us/portal" --Keith

An update to this. I seem to have fixed it by deleting the survey folder off Enterprise and re-publishing. The itemInfo file had to be removed to get it to go, but otherwise it seems to be working now. Maybe a result of my upgrading Survey123 connect?

FYI, I'm having this same issue and I'm not using ArcPro at all. I'm just publishing from Survey123 Connect (3.3.51) directly to my enterprise setup (10.6.1). When uploading survey responses from a windows based survey123 app I get stuck on the getting service information box.... I'm not sure your fix will work for me since it doesn't appear that survey123 connect is saving info to a geodatabase prior to publishing.

I'm not sure what service is prompting this, but the 'force_login=true' looks suspicious. Invalid 'X-Frame-Options' header encountered when loading 'https://gis.co.linn.or.us/portal/sharing/rest/oauth2/authorize?client_id=op…https%3A%2F%2Fgis.co.linn.or.us&persist=true&locale=en-us&force_login=true': 'ALLOW-FROM https://gis.co.linn.or.us' is not a recognized directive. The header will be ignored. Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS Here is the link. It's just a simple dashboard from one webmap. The data, map and dashboard are all shared with 'everyone'. We would like it to be accessible without a login, but not allow anonymous access to the portal home application. --Keith

Enterprise question. When 'allow anonymous access to your portal' is unchecked, my dashboard can no longer be shared without a login prompt. It and all it's components are shared with everyone and the dashboard is not in any groups. Somehow WAB applications shared with everyone can be accessed without a login, but not dashboards. Am I doing something wrong, or is this just the way dashboards work on Portal (10.6.1)? According to the Portal admin docs "The portal's anonymous access option controls access to the portal home application. The sharing options chosen for individual items in the portal control access to the underlying hosted feature services." However, it seems that the anonymous access option also controls access to the underlying hosted feature services. Is this the intent? Are most people just leaving anon access checked for public facing dashboards? Security best practices seem to indicate that anonymous access should be shut off so everything on your portal can't be browsed anonymously.
