Kia Ora LocalMappers, Just a quick note to update you on our  release for LocalMaps 2.3.2. Firstly, thank you all for your patience while we have worked through our Early Adopter Programme - and thanks to those who participated!  We are happy to announce that LocalMaps 2.3.2 will be available from Thursday 24th of Feb. This release is focused on quality fixes, some minor updates and a general tidy up to keep you all in good stead prior to the bigger version 3 release coming. A (very) small snippet of some of the updates: Fixed issues with Gallery timing out after around 20-30mins. Note: Timeout is related to the portal timeout set for ArcGIS Enterprise Fixed issue with attribute Table Filter by expression/set not working as expected Fixed various draw/measurement issues Fixed issue where RAMM Geometry Edits were not reflected in the Feature Layer New - Improvements have been made to the reporting parallel processing reliability and performance New - Support for Secure Print Services New - Database cleaning is now run through a specific service New - The LocalMaps Viewer has been upgraded to the new version of Web AppBuilder (2.22) Many more - full release notes will be available on the LocalMaps Admin Help page. Hi all, Details regarding a new security vulnerability identified as CVE-2021-44228 (aka Log4Shell aka LogJam) were recently released.This issue is generating considerable media attention. We wanted to make you all aware that LocalMaps does not use log4j for logging and is not vulnerable to this. ArcGIS may be affected based on the version you are using. Eagle and Esri are aware of and actively investigating the impact of CVE-2021-44228 to other ArcGIS software and services with high priority. This situation continues to evolve, and more information will be provided as it becomes available. As you might have heard us mention (at various events and over teams / zooms calls!) this year, one of our new goals is to give the LocalMaps Gallery a bit of a revamp – from modernizing the current gallery using Esri’s Calcite design Framework to providing a series of new gallery designs for you all to pick and choose from! We want to know what YOU want – either from your own perspective or from your users. Tell us how you use the gallery right now, what works, what looks good, what does not and what could do with some modernizing? Do you want more theme options, more flexibility, build your own or have some more preset designs? Your feedback is instrumental to the LocalMaps Roadmap, so if you have feedback you want to give to the Product Team specifically around Gallery Design and User experience then either comment below (and help foster some brainstorming with other LM users) or jump onto the Gallery Feedback S123 form below and have your say.
