James, Do you have more information on the Webhook side of things? Look at seeing if a rest api call could be made to update the status of a feature in a hosted feature service? The example would be - Open Survey123 using a url and passing some information across. When finished with the survey123, sending an update back to the feature to close it off. Thanks

Jon, That's a good question. I would like to hear what Esri has to say about it. I assume you have to use their existing geoevent server to do this work or a python script running from a task schedule

Brian, What version are you using? Just asking because we have 10.3.1 and all the software (Server, Portal & Datastore) & IIS are installed on D:\ Drive and have no issues whatsoever.

Elle, Can you explain in more detail what you are after because you mention you don't want a point in workforce but you want them to be guided to a location/area, etc. This thread is about integration of Survey123 with Workforce and part of Survey123 has the ability to pin point exact locations by manually selecting on a map or automatically (map read only with the GPS signal) not Workforce. If you want to pin point the exact location relating to assets, etc. then Collector would be a better tool to use so the location of the asset record is altered. In Workforce when a user logs in, their GPS location is sent back to the feature service and that is how you can see where the worker is currently located

Niladri, What type of information are you requiring? From the looks of it, you are doing what is required - creatng a web socket, it returns esri geojson. I assume you are also implementing some form of routing for the different layers and providing the same methods/properties the stream service would handle

Jake, Can you tell us if there are any technical limitations with Collaboration? I believe your suggestion would only work if it was related to hosted services using the datastore. I was at the Australian UC recently and was interested in this for services based off an enterprise geodatabase and the presenter wasn't sure if it was even possible yet. Thanks

Alex, In a near future of AGOL this will be possible with AGOL-AGOL collabration where content can be copied from a particular portal group which is setup as the trusted source can copy into the trusted portal group destination. The transferred can be setup with a time schedule. This feature is possible right now with an 'on premise' 10.5.1 Enterprise platform

Kathy, Good luck with this and hope you get a response. I have tried for many days a few months ago with no luck. I placed a support call and provided feedback on the technical article with no luck either. I may have narrowed it down but uncertain if it was the problem but it relat to assigning the primary key to one of my fields. If I left it off it seemed to work. The issue I found was the steps in the technical article to create the table, constraint, etc. is different to the SQL generated when you look at a feature class within SQL Developer which was created by create feature class right click context menu on the database connection in ArcCatalog. This is an area lacking documentation and when it comes to large organisations where the DBA only uses sql files to build your database, etc it's the only way it can be done.

Meg, Are you referring to this in AGOL now about adding a user to a group immediately? Do agree with better user management especially with creating a group of users and adding that user group list to the Portal group something similar to AD functionality

Hugo, Survey123 data is stored as a hosted feature service in AGOL. You can query the data the same as any other feature service (eg. ..../FeatureServer/0/query?). Remember surveys can have relationships and these are generally another layer within the feature service you can query as well. The way you suggested is correct Login generate token query feature service with token attachment return what you need and display, etc. as you want Regards
