Hi there, I have created a survey123 web form in AGOL a few days ago and have gone through the survey and set it up to be public. After this, I sent the url to my iPhone 5S with Survey123 V2.7.98 field app installed. I selected to open within the app and the survey was downloaded and ready to be used. The survey is quite simple with 2 notes, about 10 text fields, 2 date, 2 times, geopoint, image and about 3 select_one list. With the survey on my phone, I have done 2 types of tests with logged in and without (eg anon user). Both tests work when no photo is taken or selected from library with data submitted and being available in AGOL. The problem I'm having is when I'm testing the survey as an anon user due to L2 named user restriction. If I fill out the survey with a photo attachment (captured or selected from library), the data isn't sent to AGOL but the app said the data was sent and is in the Sent folder. Has anybody experienced this problem or is there a setting I need to change for anon users relating to attachments, etc? Thank you for any time with this.

HI all, Just wondering if there is a website that lists Esri's Partners who do work in the electrical side of things with the new Utility Network extension? Try to see if Schneider Electric is the only choice, etc. Thanks

All it needs is a web server. I have depolyed several apps different ways Hosted a custom WAB app on the same VM as my Portal instance and WebAdaptors On a separate web server VM All need to go through the same configuration/registration process and a Portal item exists for them I haven't tried to see if the custom app can/be embedded into Portal

Pilar, The username you are using in AGOL, does it have the right role assigned that allows content to be created. Can you create & save a webmap using the standard menuitems in AGOL using this username?

Xander, Sorry what I meant by construction refers to a code that gives a generic meaning to what the structure/assembly/device is within the GIS. An example would 'SS11/3/100ABC' and this would be used against an assembly feature representing a substation or a transformer bank as the assetgroup. The construction code 'SS11/3/100ABC' means SS=Substation, 11=11kV primary voltage, 3=3Phase, 100=100kVA & ABC=connected to LV bundled OH mains. In our ERP, this code is mapped to other items that represent logical groupings of store stock items with associated cost & labour which can be bundled up and issued to the field crews. Thanks for the information above

Xander, Thankyou for this. Where does the attached pdf file come from? Is there more information available about this additional fields that are added to the features when an Electric model is applied and the default domain values that are configured against the ASSETGROUP & ASSETTYPE fields? Also, I haven't seen any feature/table that relates to construction code or something similar that can be used in an ERP/EAM system to generate Bill of Materials/Store requisition for the field crews to build, etc. Thanks

Hi there, I'm struggling to find any information/documentation on Esri's website regarding the base data model/data dictionary of the Utility Network for ArcGIS Enterprise (10.6). I have have seen some information on other websites (eg. SSP Innovations) which is approx. 2 years old but would have thought Esri would have this information available from my.esri or somewhere else. I'm interested in Electric & Telco at the moment Thanks

Hi there, Sorry this is a very broad question but is the base electrical utility network model closely aligned to CIM? Also, where can I view what this model looks like? Thanks

Jonathan, Is your portal sitting behind behind a forward proxy & firewall along with the settings done in the portal admin section? I only ask because I keep getting answers like it works from Esri Inc support, etc. but their configuration is completely different to how our company does it. It have tested the url above and no luck with it working. I have all tested the domain account many times for internet access, etc and all is working as expected. I just added this layer Australian Land Cover (Web Mercator) and it works with no issues. It appears to be an Esri WMS service.

Dean, What version of portal are you using? I'm using V10.3.1 and having the exact same issue when the URL isn't the format ESRI wants it (eg. ESRI WMS implementation - xxxx.xxx.xxxx/WMSServer). Our portal sits behind a forward proxy & firewall and is setup correctly with the proxy/port settings. I have been talking with ESRI inc and local support on & off for 5 months and still no resolution via portal without other software components. I have pin pointed it down to portal's proxy code and believe there is a bug within the code but they don't believe me when I show them. The proxy code sends the request to our firewall instead of using its own proxy configuration. i have implemented ESRI resource proxy code (.net version) from GitHub for now with modifications to ensure our forward proxy & domain account config is used for Internet access. I created a portal item using the resource proxy/WMS URL and it's the only way I can get it to work. As you said before this functionality should work straight up across all parts of the platform. Let me know if you need more information Regards
