Hi all, Is there a matrix which outlines which Portal version is supported by what version of Survey123Connect? I have Portal 10.3.1 on premise & Survey123Connect V2.8.4 installed on my PC. I can publish a survey to AGOL with no issues but can't publish to Portal. I'm getting an Read time out Error code: 500 I have installed V2.7.72 with the same error. I can't remember the last time I published to Portal using Connect so I don't know when this might have occurred. Attached is the log file from Connect too. I'm an Administrator to this Portal so permissions shouldn't be an issue Thanks for any help with this

Robert, Have you tired the json string with no formatting, etc. (eg. no spaces/tabs). I had a problem way back in Portal 10.3.1 where I was trying to make it look pretty and easy to read but this was causing the issues. Hoping this might have been fixed since then

Shannon, Johnathan is talking about Survey123 Connect application (https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/download/). Can be installed on Windows/Mac/Linux. It gives you far more functionality in creating surveys than the survey123 web site

Kimberly, Did you create the survey using the connect application or on the Survey123 website? I have had this problem when using the Survey123 website and going through some fixes provided by forum members (https://community.esri.com/thread/212975-survey123-public-web-form-used-in-survey123-ios-app-doesnt-allow-photo-attachments).
