@RussRoberts - will it ever be possible to copy a layer between web maps? Say I want the same layer symbology & pop-up in another map - instead of painfully rebuilding it every time, it would be nice to copy it into a new map.

Hi - I have two Survey123 forms which I last published on December 1. I can confirm both forms were working well after being published. Today, I went in to the form and received an error: There are two versions of my Survey123 form - one for data entry and one for data updates. They both reference the same hosted feature layer. Both forms show this error when I launch them. One form is embedded in Experience Builder and the other in a Dashboard. As a note, there is not field or domain of just "T" in the forms. These forms and apps have not been touched since Dec. 1. Surveys were published via Connect version 3.16.106. Can someone please advise of this problem? Thank you,

Hi - I am adding a watermark to a Survey123 image question. I want to reference attribute information from previous fields, so following instructions in this post (https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-photo-watermarks/ba-p/893593) and in the sample template available in Connect, I have added a null attribute field with a concat() statement and then referenced that new field in the watermark statement. As soon as I add text formatting into my concat() statement, the watermark ceases to work and doesn't show up on my image. Here is my concat() statement; this is set up as a null field type - Here is my watermark statement - there are a few, but it is the last bolded on which is relevant to this: As soon as I remove '&color=#730000&haloColor=white&size=14&margin=10&bold=true' from the concat() statement, the watermark shows up and works perfectly. I've tried replacing the single quotes with double quotes and have the same behavior. I want this watermark to be formatted in the same way as the one in the opposite corner. I am using Connect version 3.16.106. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you,

@IsmaelChivite - Could the "@layer" function be used to locate the record with the most recent CreationDate (editor tracking field)? I was wondering if I could build a where query to return this... I've been doing a bit of testing with building the SQL query in Pro but am not having luck there. I was thinking something along the lines of... CreationDate = (SELECT MAX(CreationDate) FROM table) Could you provide any insight on this?

On a call with Tech Support we were able to capture network traffic to get a more detailed error message. The additional details pointed to an issue with the group. After investigating the group, I discovered that when I'd initially created it years ago, I had set it up so that only group owners/managers could contribute content to the group. After changing this setting, I was able to successfully transfer ownership of the Survey123 form to a new owner. One aspect of this that is odd to me - I was able to transfer ownership of the feature layers (1 hosted and 4 views) without issue (to the same user). All 5 of these items are also shared with that same group, but did not throw an error. This error was only present with the Survey123 forms and report templates.

Hi @SeanKMcGinnis - This is great news. While a permanent solution would be nice, 90 days is so much more reasonable for revisiting a flow to refresh the connection. Thank you for letting me know this has been implemented. The new connectors are really great and this new addition will make them even better. Thank you!

Hi - I am hoping to transfer ownership of a Survey123 form, associated feature layers and report templates to a new owner. The items are shared with a group, however the group is not a Shared Update group. I select the items, click "Change Owner", select the new owner, create a new folder with the exact same folder name and click OK. The feature layers transfer, however I get this error for the forms. I have never had issues transferring Survey123 form ownership in the past and am looking for advice as to why this could be happening. My organization has noticed many odd AGOL behaviors this week and I am unsure if this is related to that, or if it something with my Surveys. Some background on these two forms: They were created in Connect. There is a web map which is associated with the Survey123 form (via Connect) that is offline enabled, however when I open the Survey123 form on my iPhone I am not able to download the map from "Offline Maps" so I do not think that this could be an issue...(?) Interestingly, this map was the one "auto generated" by Survey123 connect (I believe...) and the "Change Owner" option is not even available for this item. I did not think this was a big deal because I am going to maintain ownership of all content other than the forms and feature layers... but maybe this matters? Both Survey123 forms have submission URLs and write to the same feature layer - there are slight differences in each form, one is for public submissions and the other is for internal use by managers. I've run through Ismael's workflow for securely data in public surveys (https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/securing-data-in-public-surveys-survey123-connect/ba-p/898436) so there are 4 Views in addition to the hosted feature layer. There are 4 webhooks associated with these forms, created in Power Automate. One of the Survey123 forms has 2 report templates associated with it (I am also unable to transfer ownership of these items!). Any thoughts on how I can resolve this would be appreciated. Re-creating the Survey123 forms are not a viable option. This is a well-established workflow and it needs to continue operation without disruption to users. I would have loved to be able to share this form with a Shared Update group to assist with management, however because it was created in Connect that doesn't seem to be an option. Thank you,

Hi @TonghuiMing - I realize this post is closed, but hope someone can help me. We are using the Draw widget and notice that if draw on the map there is no way to provide the drawn feature a label. If you select to add a legend in the printed output, the drawn in features are labeled as "Override 1", "Override 2", etc. This is not ideal. I can not find a way to enable users to add a label via the widget settings. Is this possible, or is this in the future workplan for Experience Builder? Thank you,

I'm wondering if anyone might have some insight on this issue I'm running into. I'm baffled and wonder if I am missing something really simple. I'm working with MA 2016 Land Cover/Land Use data. I'm symbolizing by Unique Values on two attribute fields. Field 1 = Land Cover Code and Field 2 = Generalized Use Code. I've grouped values as I want them, but I am getting some bizarre results in my map - a small number of open water areas are showing up as my 'Residential' symbol color. I've checked the attribute values for the affected waterbodies and they are definitely coded as water. I checked my grouped values for 'Residential' and 'Open Water' and they are correct - the affected waterbodies have codes under the 'Open Water' symbology, but I am still seeing orange instead of blue in my map. Any thoughts?? I'm very confused. I'm hoping I'm just missing something very obvious here. I am using Pro 3.0.0. Thank you for any help or advice!

@SeanKMcGinnis - Thank you. Another issue has come up - I've received this error message out of the blue. Do I need to manually refresh my credentials every 14 days? This Flow ran fine on from the 4th to 7th after your fix was implemented, but failed all weekend. If so, when will this be fixed? I do not need to do this with the Survey123 Connector. This is really awful if this is what I think it is...

Hi @PhilLarkin1 - I realized I'd messed up the suggestion from Sean (re: duplicate query connector), but even after correcting my error that did not work. As far as the Terminate control... I've actually never used this. I am curious where this would go in the flow. Also, this morning I noticed some different behavior in the flows and I am wondering if @SeanKMcGinnis and his team have changed anything... I have no features which are returned on the query, however the flow doesn't fail like it was previously. When I check the flow results the outputs also look different than they did a few days ago. I've added two screen captures below for comparison. Now it looks like the ArcGIS Connector is OK with the fact that no results were returned from the query and the flow succeeds without failing. Original error response received when no results returned: New output when no results returned, flow succeeds:

It would be awesome to be able to pull data from the Open Weather API into Field Maps like is possible within Survey123.

Hi @SeanKMcGinnis - I have 3 Flows which run daily to check a feature layer to see if certain conditions are met. If they are, an email is sent. In many cases there will be no records to return which satisfy the conditions of my query. When this happens, the Flows fail. I am concerned because I do not want the Flows to be automatically disabled by Power Automate after they fail too many times. I need an "escape" so that the entire Flow does not fail when my query is not met. Here is the error I see: You recommended I try this solution, but it does not work regardless of where I add the "configure run after to has failed". This question was originally raised in this GeoNet post here. I need a work around to this ASAP. Thank you, Erica
