Hi - I am building a new Survey123 form which will be used internally to my organization (not public) for reserving vehicles from a pool. I'd like to implement a way to prevent conflicting reservations on a per-vehicle basis. This would need to look at a date range (the span between the Reservation Start Date/Time and Reservation End Date/Time), in addition to the Vehicle Plate to determine if a vehicle is already reserved. If a vehicle is already reserved, then the user would need to modify their reservation. I am wondering if this is possible via either a custom JavaScript function (pulldata @javascript) or with the newer pulldata @layer function. Any assistance would be appreciated! Thank you,

Hi @Ruth_JiatengXu - Here is what I see for Survey version via Developer tools. I think it looks the same as yours: I am not sure I understand what you're referring to in step 2. I can get to where you're asking me to go, however I am unclear as to what should be a string and not an object. When I expand the 'questions' section and then dig into my fields I see that all have a fieldType of esriFieldTypeString except for 2 of my queries which are null because I do not want them stored in the final hosted feature layer. If you are able to provide more clear instruction for #2 I can do that today.

Hi Ruth, I tested option 1 and it seemed to work, but because I was uncertain if I did it correctly, I also tested option 2. I launched Connect, opened settings > service and changed the URL to the one you've specified (see second screen capture). I clicked OK and then opened an existing Survey123 form. I didn't modify anything and just republished it. Once that was done, I opened an existing Experience Builder in edit mode. I clicked the Survey123 form to see if the error still appeared, and it did. Connect Services settings:

All of my existing flows using this connector, which I have not edited today, seem to still be running fine. It seems like something we will need to adjust if/when we edit existing flows or make new flows.

Hi - I needed to update a flow in Power Automate this morning and was receiving some weird errors that prevented me from saving the flow. Then I noticed that the Survey123 connector was different and requires these parameters now: I am worried that this change will break any flow which contains the Survey123 connector. Hi - I know Esri has been working with Microsoft to extend the token life from 14 to 90 days with the ArcGIS connector. When will that be implemented? I'd thought it was included in the December release, but am finding I still need to refresh tokens every 14 days. I may have misinterpreted what I read. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you,

Hi - This has been logged as a bug - BUG-000154551 - via my Technical Support case. Please see this GeoNet post for full details on the problem and workaround. Workaround summary: The workaround is to publish from an older version of Connect (I used 3.15.175), set up Experience Builder w/ a Map & Survey widget to "send data to survey", save & publish the Experience, add the pulldata @ layer calculations back into the XLSForm, republish from Connect v 3.16. The Experience will continue working if these steps are followed.

Hi @SeanKMcGinnis - Thank you for the quick reply... 1. DCR File Number is one of the unique identifiers, however the relationship is based on a GlobalID/GUID relationship class. 2. So, would I modify my Flow so that I first have the ArcGIS Connector "Get data from feature layer", right after the Survey123 trigger? Is there where I could use the Where clause to set up this query? I am not really sure if I understand how to inspect the dates for all related records within the context of these new connectors. If you have additional steps/details or even a sample Flow or workflow I could look at, that would be massively helpful. Thank you,
