@AkshayHarshe  Thanks. …Power Automate premium license is a great purchase! It is worth it if the automation is going to effectively save you 1-2 hours a month of any resource(s) at minimum wage! 😄 The hurdle isn’t the actual price, which as we know is minimal. The hurdle is I.T. finding the time to make the purchase and to set up the integration. They say can't prioritize this right now, so anything I can do myself, or at least mock up a proof of concept myself, is very valuable. ... View more

A comment about the refresh/time out issue from @bcaldwell in Timeout for Power Automate ArcGIS Connector: Going to chime in for 2025 - still have issues with the ArcGIS Connector timing out.  Currently I'm pushing WKT geometry and attributes to AGO when a row is added or updated in a dataverse table.  We had a lull in field data over weather, which also meant no updates to the dataverse table, so I'm assuming the connection still has to be jiggled every two weeks, unfortunately.  I suppose its time to write a scheduled flow 😄 ... A related blurb from @rsun_TQB in Power Automate workflow using Survey123 Connector from 2023: Our approach of using Power Automate + Survey123 is to use "Power Automate per user plan" to run unlimited flows using one centralized Microsoft account, and also manage all automations using this account as well. We have 2FA setup for the user, and we also make sure multiple users (IT & GIS) can manage it anytime with security key. This is the best approach for us, but maybe not for you. You will also have to "refresh" your Survey123 connection every two weeks by reentering credential of the account. The maximum life of access token is 2 weeks by design...so make sure that you set up reminder on you and your team's calendar to refresh before your conneciton is expired. ... View more
