Kind of late, but I did this and can create assignments in collector okay. The problem is that I cannot "Edit" the assignment in workforce. I can assign it to a worker, but can't "Edit the Assignment" to set priority or due date. It opens, but the "Save" button is greyed out. Assignment created in workforce work fine. ... View more

Solved! It was a sharing issue, I had to grant "Access and Update capabilities" to the feature layer for the group.   I am having the same issue as the original poster. I have to assign an administrator role to the user, if not they get an error loading the map, "The layer, xxxx, can not be added to the map." Thanks for the reply Cam. I just tried it on a non-joined layer and get the same results. The popup works as configured, but the only thing in the labels is text that I entered, no fields. If I can't figure it out today, I'll contact support Monday. ... View more

Has anyone had this work with joined data. Our parcel data just has the PIN field and it is joined to a table which included the address attributes. I was able to get it to recognize the address layer, it's in a map service, by bringing it in an an individual layer. The problem is that when it does the labels they are blank. It will print any text I add, but will not even print the PIN field (non joined data) if I add it. The joined fields show up in the configured popup just fine. I'm getting ready to create a service with the attributes  (not a join) included to test it out, but wanted to see if someone else had been down this road. I am using portal, not AGOL. PS Tried it with a non-joined layer. Everything works up to the point of exporting the labels. The only thing that shows up is text I entered in the popup, no fields come through. Any resolution? I am having the same problem. Using portal and adding an individual layer of a map service. The pop up is configured and displays. It exports the found addresses, but there is no data, just blank. I am using joined data, but even if I select a field that is not in the join it's blank. ... View more
