It's faster to create an application that connect to Survey123 from portal IMO. https://survey123dev.arcgis.com/?portalUrl=https://scit-gis-2017.sagchip.org/<web adapter name>/ replace "<web adapter name>" with yours.. You might have to change the default thumbnail image to mimic Survey123 image..

You'll want to create a field on the table with a GUID data type and relate that GUID field to the point / line / polygon FC Global ID and everything will work.

So couldn't you just make 2 surveys from the same feature service and each survey is customized based on your needs? Disable to inbox on the public survey and enable inbox for the survey your company plans to use. If the hosted feature service has "filters / definition queries" before it hits a web map, I would recommend republishing that service and apply the filters when you pull in the layers to a web map. Hopefully this help.

If you don't already have Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS I would recommend downloading it from Esri. You'll be able to create a survey using an existing feature service published to AGOL or Portal. So when users complete a form that data will be reflected on your dashboards.

When a user tries to click a line or point feature class nothing happens. Apparently the drawn symbol is offset if you look at the map below. Why is this happening and is it possible to fix it?

Does your survey include a "job status" field? You can easily setup inbox to query only surveys where the job is still marked as "open". This would prevent inbox from filling up with existing information and also hide surveys when the job is marked as closed. Query expression (where clause) fields: jobStatus = 'Open' Hope it helps..

In our survey we have a table nested within a point called "Dispatched To". This table tracks every user that was dispatched for the job. Outside of the dispatched table we added a field called "Email Paperwork To" with a calculation that pulls the name of the dispatcher from the dispatched table. How can I automatically update the "Email Paperwork To" when a new dispatcher table is generated?

Hey Brittney, Thanks for the reply! It's a strange occurrence because that error only generates when a value is placed in the "repeat_count" tab. Keep it blank and everything passes with flying colors. Older versions don't prompt an error so I believe it's build specific.

When we add a numeric value to repeat_count for a "begin repeat" there's an error being generated with this build release. We've never had issues prior to this release.

I am confused as to why the arcpy.CreateReplica doesn't work when my script gets a list of versioned layers and puts them into a variable to load into the function verses me hard coding versioned layer fields into the script and it working fine. Any ideas? import arcpy

Try test loading the forms from somewhere outside of your company's network and see if that does the trick.
