I have created a Web Survey. ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5.1.
During testing i have noticed that most users cannot access that survey in Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge.
We are using AD to log in. Once it logs users in it displays a message saying Survey is not accessible or is not available, despite the fact that i shared it to everyone in the organisation.
When users use Google Chrome, it works fine. But unfortunately the company policy is that users have to use IE/Edge as defualt browsers.
Can someone kindly assist with this?

Try test loading the forms from somewhere outside of your company's network and see if that does the trick.
Unfortunately i cannot access our Portal for ArcGIS using a different network
Maybe see if your company has a VPN you can install on to your home PC for testing.
