Hmm that's frustrating. One thing you could try is building a brand new map and re-adding the datasets to it. Maybe even try it in the beta MapViewer. I had some trouble in earlier versions of iOS showing labels that had halos on them, so I had to turn the halo effects off. What version of iOS are you using?

This worked! Thanks @SallyGalewski ! Can't wait to implement this in some of my maps. The only thing I noticed that didn't seem to work was labeling off of this expression field. That'd be a nice addition so the field crews see the calc'd value right away.

Do you have the labels set to show up at a certain zoom level? Because the iOS is a tablet, you might have to zoom in closer to see them.

Totally agree. It just makes my layout looks messy. I know people want their credit, but its really annoying having it somewhat forced into the map. I've actually taken to to making my bottom rectangle overrun the map frame to cover them up.

Hi @JoeBorgione ! I just saw this...hope retirement has been treating you well. If you get a chance, I'd highly suggest exploring the Lower Rogue Canyon in S. Oregon. Thanks again for your help with my sequential numbering question. I'm still using that script regularly. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/python-sequential-numbering/m-p/1108116

I'd like to do this as well. From what I can tell it still isn't an available option in 3.13.

We ended up just using a third party app on our ipads to mark the photos after they've been taken. It's definitely not ideal, but works ok for us for the time being.

Placed Jose's response into google translate. I'm definitely going to try this. Great idea! @JoséTaviro : " Good Morning,
I have the same problem as you. I'm trying to represent the flow of traffic on the roads. That is to say, the sense in which it can be circulated. The problem that putting only the arrow at the beginning or at the end does not interpret it well. Theirs would be a repeating arrow line pattern throughout the entity. (I have not found it!)
The solution that I have given you has been placing characters ">>", "<<" or "<< >>" in the label next to the street name. To make it show one sense or the other I have created an arcade expression that checks the sense field. Attached image in case it helps someone.
If you come up with a better solution, I appreciate your help."

Here's my data in csv format. I've started filling in some of the descriptions by manually selecting the basins and running the sequential script, but it's likely that the basin names will change in the future, so that's my motivation to get a script that can be run again to repop to the description column.

I was thinking more along the lines of defining a variable like: basins=!Basin_ID! Then just building that into the return portion: return str(basins)+"MH"+str(rec).zfill(4) I keep getting syntax errors though.

Hi everyone! I'm using the sequential numbering script in the field calculator, and I'm trying to modify it to iterate through field values from another field so that the sequence starts over for each of the unique other values. My table looks like this -->> I'm trying to generate a Name with a Basin ID as the prefix. For now, I've been just manually selecting the basins and running the script for each one, but I'd like to be able to have the script run through them all at once: Script I'm using: SequentialNumber() # Calculates a sequential number # More calculator examples at esriurl.com/CalculatorExamples rec=0 def SequentialNumber(): global rec pStart = 1 pInterval = 1 if (rec == 0): rec = pStart else: rec = rec + pInterval return "WA1MH"+str(rec).zfill(4) I'm pretty rusty on python...any help would be appreciated! Ok thanks Josh! It's working by adding the search term to the tags of the items I want to come up, in this case "featured" : ) **Edit -- that sort of worked, except now I'm getting all items including layers, which I don't want to display. I ended up just categorizing the ones I wanted, and using that link after applying the category filter on my website to jump to the "See more apps" page.
