Hi Chris, Yes I have checked that the layer is editable. I have also read a few places that it could have something to do with Feature Templates, and the fact that some of my layers have subtypes and domains.. But I can't figure out how this affects the layer.

Hi Everyone, A client has added a WMS service (from Geoserver) to a map in ArcGIS Online, which gets updated once a year with data from the previous year. However AGOL is unable to recognize the update and simply retains the initial structure, thus not linking to the latest data. Is there a method to update the structure of the WMS in AGOL so that it dynamically updates without having to manually do it? I have tried the 'Refresh Interval' option but this doesn't seem to work. If I just add the service again, it will of course have the latest data, but my styling and so on will have to be done from scratch again. Any help is appreciated. 🙂 Thanks, Lars

Hi Dan, Thank you for your answer - I've looked at those links as well and came to the same conclusion as you. But do you know if it is possible to take the code from the "Create Space Time Cube" tool and add your own statistics parameters in python? I'm not a python shark, that's why I'm asking. 🙂

Hi Everyone, One of our customers has asked us if it is possible to customize the statistics parameters in the Space time cube tool.. They want to be able to use for instance fractiles and add/withdraw existing parameters from each other and show the result as a space time cube.. Is this possible in any way? Can you do that with python? Thanks, Lars

Hi everyone, Is there a way to update the credentials stored with a secure service in My Content in ArcGIS Online? Or do you have to add them again with new credentials? We have a lot of maps with our services, so it would be very time consuming to change the service in all maps and apps! /Lars

Hi James, Thank you for the very detailed step by step procedure, that gives me a great guideline for future issues 🙂 I have already extracted the EXIF data with another tool and there is no Relative Altitude data within. So I'll have to speak with my pilot about that. Otherwise everything else seems pretty straight forward. And I'm looking forward to version 1.3 😉 /Lars

Hi James, Yes it IS a DJI drone (Phantom4), so that sounds like the problem I'm experiencing. It would be most appreciated, if you could send me the documentation or lead me in the right direction :-). I also received the point cloud that he had created in Pix4D, which is also flawed in the elevation of his first flight. So Pix4D is also a "victim" of the flawed images. I have started up a project, which usually runs for 5-6 hours, so I'll send the information to you when it is done. Thank you for your feedback so far 🙂 /Lars

Hi Guys, I'm having a problem with the products of my D2M project. First of all, when running the project it does not create a DSM or Ortho even though I have selected them in the processing options.. I have taken a look at the Report (attached), and that actually has the correct ortho and DSM shown... So I don't understand why I don't get any products in the 2D folder.. I have created many projects before and this has never been an issue. Second issue is, that my Point Cloud is at a wrong elevation. It is shown at a height of 169 meters, which is actually the height that is imprintet in the images themselves were they were taken. However no matter how I set the vertical coordinate system or the vertical conversion, the point cloud is still shown at the before mentioned height?? The guy who flew the images, have created a perfect result in Pix4D... He has used only standard settings and since Drone2Map is built on Pix4D technology I don't understand why I'm having this problem.... Anyone? Best regards, Lars

Hi Owen, Thank you for your answer, that really cleared things up for me with regards to private/public content in a story map. Do you know if there is being done any work on adding functionality, to upload documents to a story map the same way that you can upload images? I realize that it would probably cause some issues with for instance Office licenses and so on... But just a thought 🙂

Hi Owen, I'm not sure if that is what Kellie is asking... 🙂 She (and me too) want's to have an (interactive) excel table displayed in the Story Map instead of let's say an image or a web map. Is it possible to have an Excel or Word document as the content in for instance the Story Map Series template? I can imagine that you might be able to do this with Google Sheets, and then reference that as a web site. However their might be some login issues and the google sheet would have to be shared publicly to be accesible for your end users, and thats not an option for us, since we would like to use it internally... This functionality would be great, as you could also show a lot of statistics and so on via Excel.. Thanks, Lars

Hi Courtney, Thank you for your answer, which was the solution for our customer :-). It makes a lot of sense to have this kind of "Metadata" on open data, even though the error mesage threw me in a completely different direction in my investigation with the word "License", which, to me, does not make any sense calling it..
