Sorry for the late response, Victor. Go to my.esri.com. Click on My Organizations. Click on Products. Click on Manage Downloads. For ArcGIS Desktop version 10.2.2, click on View Downloads. Scroll to the bottom of that page. Click on Additional Products. The download link for ArcGIS Mobile should be in that Additional Products group. I think this is what you want to do. Copy a prj file from a shapefile that uses the same projection as your CAD file. Paste the prj file into the same folder that your CAD file is in. Rename the prj file to have the same name as your CAD file. The CAD file now has its own projection assigned. ... View more

Hello, You probably want to check into Trimble Positions. Make sure it supports your device. You might get a Trimble salesman to give you a demo with a device having ArcGIS Mobile and Trimble Positions. If you have an IP address, port number, and credentials for a certain VRS, you might want to have those ready for the salesman. Some of the more advanced GPS receivers can output a VRS corrected NMEA message to ArcGIS Mobile. Of course the receiver has to be able to take in a VRS correction and work with those corrections. It is a bit of work to get this up and running. If the web map app is shared with the group that the user is a part of, it should work. We have web map apps that are shared properly but users within that group cannot access them. ESRI has not been able to correct it. I don't use web map apps from ArcGIS Online because of this. ... View more
