If you published it in a version previous to 3.0.142, then resort back to the previous web app version (see screen shot below). If you published it using the latest version, James said a fix will be implemented next week. Patience is a virtue

It appears to be version 3 issue. When I use the original version (2.8) it submits! Obvious if you publish the survey using v3 there is no option to go back!

The project I'm working on decided to use the webform as the primary way to get input back from the public. No changes were made to survey, and after the August 30 update, now all I get is a 'Failed to Submit' banner at the top. The survey works great in the iOS app and desktop (field app). Using the latest version 3.0.142, I created a newly published survey and again it still fails to submit using web form and works in iOS and desktop (field app). Survey attached. Help please!

I'm ok with the data table changing. Thanks. I created some report templates that will have the long, verbose text. I need folks to see their survey records hence changing the aliases. Looking forward to printing multiple reports from the selected or filtered records!

Some of my questions and notes in the survey are so verbose the data tab is virtually unusable through MySurveys. I would like to change them to something simple but want to retain the long description in the survey form. Example below.

We just ran into this issue. Were you adding the new fields with ArcGIS Pro by chance? Just curious. We've been finding that the cross-platform editing becoming more of an issue, introducing inconsistencies and potential issues.

I have successfully created a Forest Tent Caterpillar survey form that will help determine if defoliation will occur next growing season. The form has a series of calculations based on input from the user completing the form; there are 10 sample sites documenting new, old and unknown age egg masses. I'm able to fill out the form successfully and get all the metrics I want back from the Survey123 Connect and publish it. BUT...the downloaded form in iOS crashes after I start filling out the form. I tested on an Android and it didn't crash but most users are outfitted with iPhones already. I was hoping someone might review the excel workbook below and offer any suggestions. I've tried multiple workarounds thinking it was some bug with my calcs but I'm still having the same problem crashing the app. I believe I'm using the latest and greatest version necessary components. Thanks for weighing in!

Thanks for the reply Derek. I ended up redoing the app (it was from a template and didn't take an extraordinary amount of time). If I find the issue again, I'll be sure to contact support to try and identify the issue.
