When creating and updating features using Forms in the Editor widget, calculated expressions can be triggered to populate field values automatically.

The challenge: values for fields with calculated expressions cannot be edited or recalculated on demand, while editable fields do not support calculated expressions.

A workaround is proposed in this article.

National Telecommunications and Information Association (NTIA) has created a great app using ArcGIS Web AppBuilder that shows indicators of broadband need. 

Problem:

When a custom widget update/ redeployed which has previously been added to the Web AppBuilder gets corrupted, the custom widget ‘disappears’ from the Web App and the location of this widget also disappears. There is a gap and changing the widgets around does not fix this gap, it persists.

Cause:

Orphaned Portal IDs which don’t exist in Portal in the Json file of the Web App.
