Ernesto Maycotte, it depends on if you are using the image service connection or the cached service when viewing the imagery in ArcGIS Pro. If you are connecting to the image service, a normal identify should give you the year in which the imagery was taken. You won't have that ability with the cached imagery.

Hi lubna jarara'ah, Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. To check if all the tiles are created by rebuilding the cache status for the whole area (without the Area of Interest) using the Manage Map Server Cache Status tool. If there are tiles missing, run the Manage Map Server Cache Tiles tool and select the Recreate Empty Tiles option. Hope this helps, Shelley

Hi Kate Waterhouse, I am fairly certain that a sidecar was used to achieve this affect. With the sidecars you can change the position of the text to either side of the main image using the switch panel placement option. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-storymaps/author-and-share/add-sidecars.htm What you can do is to have only 1 sidecar with that section, that will remove those anchor points which are seen when more sidecars are configured.
