If you have water, wastewater, sewer, stormwater, land records, or addressing datasets, you should sign up for a FREE Data Health Check. Find out how accurate your GIS data is during the Esri Southwest User Conference with a Data Health Check from me at #EsriServices. Spaces are limited. For #SWUC details and sign-up, go to http://go.esri.com/SWDHC. Looking forward to meeting you and checking your data! -Michelle Johnson, GIS Data QA Lead, Geodata Services Data Quality Management Land RecordsGovernment https://community.esri.com/community/water-utilities?sr=search&searchId=fec640a4-825b-47b2-aaf5-d9668c178a04&searchIndex=0

If you have the ArcGIS Data Reviewer extension, there is a tool that will provide feature counts for all layers in your map document and you can export that to a CSV file. The Total Feature Count tool.

Are you running the check from a Reviewer Batch Job or from the toolbar? If from a Reviewer Batch Job, then it should automatically write the results to the Reviewer workspace. You can access the Results from the Reviewer Table. If you are running the check from the Reviewer toolbar, then you will be prompted when the check is done if you want to review the results in the Browse Features dialog or Write them to the Reviewer Workspace (as Jay had mentioned). Make sure you select the latter option.

This is an obvious question, but thought I would ask anyway. Are all computers using ArcGIS 10.2.2? Sounds like maybe you were opening a 10.2.2 on a 10.1 machine??

No, there is not a way to save a RBJ file to a previous version. If I have customers/users with different ArcGIS versions, I usually create Reviewer Batch Jobs in the earliest version. RBJs are forward compatible, but not backwards compatible. Also, there were some really nice performance enhancements at 10.3.1 for ArcGIS Data Reviewer checks. You may want to suggest your users to upgrade if possible.

There has been reports that using the Changed Features Only option actually slows down the performance of a batch job/data check. It depends on the extent/number of features it has to assess to determine if it has changed. And based on the totals records you are reporting, I think this is the reason. I would recommend running it on current extent or possible on full database, without the Changed Features Only option. If you are running a script to execute your batch job, you can pass in an analysis area to focus the validation on that extent only. michellej.

DR does not work against fields in an ArcMap join. Something that would be nice to have though. Maybe something for ArcGIS Pro... Depending on which option is being used in the Relationship check, I would think that the relationship check would work against the features in the current extent from the origin feature class, but would have to compare to all records in the destination feature class or table. For example, looking for orphan origin features should be able to honor the selection set and current extent options. If not, then sounds like a good enhancement! (jcary-esristaff)

Hello. Where is your Reviewer Workspace? Is it the same enterprise database that your parcel fabric is in? Yes, you will need permissions to create the Reviewer related tables. There is a guidebook on best practices for creating your Reviewer workspace in an enterprise geodatabase. One for SQL Server and one for Oracle. Otherwise, you can use a file geodatabase for your Reviewer Workspace. It depends on your QC/Clean-up workflow, which type of Reviewer workspace one is best for you. michellej.

Blanks are different than NULLs. Data Reviewer will return blanks as errors if there is a domain assigned to that field. You can select all the blanks and bulk update it to NULL, which I normally do in the attribute editor. Once you have your feature selected, highlight the feature class in the attribute editor and enter <NULL> into the field that has the blanks. This should update all records in the table. You should now see <Null> in that field. michellej.

Yes, you are correct. The unique ID check doesn't honor the Features to Validate option. It always run on full database. There is a Note in the help topic for the UniqueID check.

I received the same message when I first entered the coordinates too. Make sure you enter them in clockwise order as if you were digitizing a polygon. So try switching the bottom two rows of coordinates.

The Start X and Start Y should default to 0. If you want to set the extent of the area to create the grid, you do that in the previous UI. If you want to base it on a coordinate, there is an option to enter to do that. You will have to enter four sets of coordinates. Hope that helps. michellej.

Jonah, it's been a while since I've been on GeoNet. Did you get this resolved? Are you using the Execute Reviewer Batch Job GP tool to run the Table to Table Attribute comparison? In that dialog, you can pass in the production workspace and it will update the path of the resources in the RBJ file to the one you pass in that optional parameter.
