Hello GRSM GIS and James Tedrick, I am running into the same issue noted above with existing tables in an enterprise database and I was wondering what worked for getting it to update when prior tables exist. When I first run the tool, I specified a prefix of YukonPSS_long and that works great. I've never gotten the tool to run successfully again. In the prefix I've tried several options including sde_dcf.DBO.YukonPSS_long, DBO.YukonPSS_long, and YukonPSS_long. In the response above you mention ((i.e., GIS.GRSM_SASQUATCH_SRV_EVENT - this should be found by the search pattern) or capitalization (GRSM vs grsm). What do you mean by search pattern? Since you said you had made it past this issue I was curious what worked hoping for some insight. Thanks in advance, Kathy

Thanks Jonathon! We've downloaded the update and hopeful it will fix the repeats. It looks like besides the repeat issue we also had some sync duplicates. We are working offline and so it looks like there are multiple CreationDates for some of the points as well. When the surveyor is syncing there likely isn't the best internet connection so maybe the points tried to sync a couple of times is all we can figure since they are the same geometry/fix time. I'm so glad we lucked out on the timing for this hotfix. Thanks, Kathy

We are also experiencing the duplicate records and are currently conducting aerial surveys using the app. I just checked to see if the latest release was out but don't see it. Do you have a date for when it will be released?

Hi there, I was just following the code update from April 2019 but having the issue of the text not staying in the .info file after republishing. I wanted to check to see if the code might have changed again with any updates for modifying the green default background color? Thanks!, Kathy

This is an update. The QuickCapture team reported there was a glitch in ArcGIS Online that was causing the save as function to no longer work. The team fixed the issue.

Thank-you John. The information you provided is very useful. I still do have a remaining question, the surveyor will be working offline so the user will be manually uploading the points after their survey when they are back to a connection. My question, for streaming points is there a maximum capacity that a user could reach when using Quick Capture offline. The surveyor could potentially be streaming points for up to 8 hours a day depending on when they choose to use that feature. I just didn't know if the offline capacity reached some maximum and we would lose data? Hopefully my question makes sense. Thanks again, Kathy

Hi, I have a similar question to the one posted in changing the streaming distance threshold. Currently we have a project that has a point layer we would like to use the streaming points as our survey tracks to be able to get the GPS metadata. The aerial surveys we are using the Quick capture project for are offline and I'm wondering if you have a distance threshold you would recommend for this application. I'm also wondering if there is a limit to the number of streaming points that can be stored on the device offline. When I briefly used the button to collect streaming points in town it looked to collect 25-30 points and then send them? I'm not entirely sure, but don't want to hit some upper limit for storing data offline. Thank-you!, Kathy

Hi Mandy, Thanks for the quick reply. My project and layers are all in AGOL. I wasn't able to see an error in google chrome, but was able to Firefox. I'll send the screenshot to the email you provided. Thanks so much for your help, Kathy

Hello, Today I am trying to use the 'Save as' option in the ArcGIS QuickCapture Designer to save a copy of my current project. When I click on 'Save as' and give it a name I consistently get an error. "Can't save project due to an unknown error Please try again. If the error persists, please contact Esri Support." Is there a recommendation of something I can check that might be causing this error prior to contacting Esri support? I've tried saving with and without 'Make a copy of the layers' and still get the error Thanks in advance for your help, Kathy

Hi James Tedrick, Thanks so much for the great tool. It was recommended as a solution for bringing down survey data on a regular basis. I've just started testing it and I'm getting an error that I think has been mentioned regarding attachments. Currently the service has three layers in it with attachments enabled on the one layer but currently there are no attachments. I'm not sure what the AttributeError: 563 is, but if you could offer any advice it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance, Kathy

Hi, We are experiencing the same issue in Survey123 in trying to collect a photo using an iPad or actually two different iPads (different models but both experiencing the same issue). When we click on the camera icon it opens, but is black and just spins same as the image at the top of the post. It does allow us to go back to the survey and doesn't crash? I can however upload a photo from the iPad. The survey data populates a related table that does have attachments enabled. I have the question type as image in the XLSForm. Are there any other fields I need to modify in the form? I'm not sure what else to check? Thanks in advance for your help! Kathy

Hi, I am trying to figure out why I am getting two different lat./long.locations in the Web AppBuilder map depending on which widget I use. Currently in the map, I have Coordinate widget configured to use 'GCS_WGS_1984' with units decimal minutes, so when I scroll in the map coordinates are displayed with these values. I also have the Coordinate Conversion widget enabled. In the attached (WAB_differentCoordinates.jpg) you can see a marker point using the Coordinate Conversion widget with DDM latitude coordinates of 55° 25.8497'N. However when I place the mouse at the same location the Coordinate widget shows 55° 25.83333'N. I also have a screenshot from ArcGIS Pro with my mouse at the same location as in the WAB (although you can't see it in the .jpg), but the coordinates there also match those in the Coordinate Conversion widget and not the Coordinate widget. I am trying to figure out why the difference. My ArcGIS Pro project is configured with the same 'GCS_WGS_1984' as the Coordinate widget. I don't even see an option to configure the Coordinate Conversion widget. I am working with staff to identify boundary locations and these differences really make a difference. Also what is the reason for these differences? I really need to understand to direct and communicate accurate locations of which widgets we can rely on for accurate coordinates. Thanks in advance, Kathy

Hi Xander Bakker, THANK-YOU SO MUCH! The latter code is exactly what I was hoping to do but unable to put the code together in how to access the counts in the second related table. In regards to accessing all previous survey counts at this time the goal was just to access the last survey count which is what you provided. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your help on this and its very exciting to see the results show up. I am curious if the arcade will work offline in the Collector for ArcGIS app with iOS device which is really the goal for surveyors to be able to view previous survey counts when they are out. If this functionality isn't available now hopefully it is on the road map. Again thank-you so much for your time in looking at the data and sharing the code! Kathy
