Hi Alicia, Have you tried using 'and' instead of 'or'? 'and' tends to be more restrictive than 'or'. Carmel

Definately a good place to start looking at! If it's difficult to find what isn't shared correctly, work backwards, is the webmap publically viewable/is each layer publically viewable? Carmel

Hi, I have this covered in another blog: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2017/12/11/making-other-work-harder-in-survey123-results From the top of my head this functionality is only available through Survey123. Carmel

Hi there, Yes, this is possible in ArcGIS Pro, the Calculate Field—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop tool supports Arcade. Open ArcGIS Pro > add the ArcGIS Online feature service > add a new field to hold the new values > Open the Calculate Field tool > Set the options to the new field and Arcade > pop the Arcade expression in and click Run. These values will be hardcoded to the new field and appear in ArcGIS Online. I assume the lock symbol appears on these Arcade fields because they are essential view only and cannot have functions like Calculate Field performed on them. Hope that helps! Carmel

Hi Alex, Ahhhh I'm not aware of a piece of software that fits exactly that need. Do you know the addresses ahead of time? Could they be plotted on the map and used as a reference for the new point? Another way could be to use Collector or Geoform etc to collect the points at the addresses and then use this tool in Web AppBuilder to batch populate fields with the same information. Carmel

Hi Andrew, If you want to create a new Feature Service in ArcGIS Online without involving ArcGIS Desktop or using existing templates, sign in to your account through this link ArcGIS for Developers > Select Create a New Layer> Create an Empty Layer > And work through the steps - using this method allows you to be specific about what fields/domains are included. Otherwise you can publish an empty feature class from ArcGIS Desktop or load an empty shapefile/file geodatabase in through Content in ArcGIS Online. Carmel

Hi Andrew, I don't believe it's possible to label Map Notes as they're such a basic item - improvements are being made with items like this, Markup in Explorer/ArcGIS Online for example: Markup—Explorer for ArcGIS | ArcGIS For labels to appear for Map Notes, the user would have to save the layer (from the drop down), navigate to the items details of it, and publish it - this created a fully functioning hosted feature layer. An alternative workflow might be to have a generic Point/Line/Polygon layers that users can use, and they apply a filter to it to only show the features that they own (Based on a field/Editor Tracking) - this would allow them labeling as well. Hi, What story map app are you using? Apps | Story Maps A number of the apps support working with HTML so it's possible to add a table using any of the tags mentioned here: https://developerscorner.storymaps.arcgis.com/using-custom-html-in-map-journal-70913cfff66e Here's some basic HTML table help too: HTML Tables To replicate the above table in Story Map Journal for example, you'd insert the following code into the the Side Panel by clicking this button : <html>
<head>
<style>
table, th, td {
border: 1px solid black;
border-collapse: collapse;
}
th, td {
padding: 5px;
text-align: left;
}
table#t01 {
width: 100%;
background-color: #f1f1c1;
}
</style>
</head>
<body>
<table style="width:100%">
<tr>
<th>Header 1</th>
<th>Header 2</th>
</tr>
<tr>
<td></td>
<td></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td></td>
<td></td>
</tr>
</table>
<br>
Otherwise you could take a screenshot of the table from Google Docs and load it as an Image into the Story Map.

Hi Mark, When you say internal survey, do you mean a survey that is only accessible by users in your ArcGIS Online account? If this is the case, then each user of the survey needs to have their own log in to your ArcGIS Online account, or another ArcGIS Online account the survey is shared with to be within the ArcGIS licensing agreement. In saying this, it might be worth contacting your account manager at Esri directly because your case could differ to other customers. Carmel

Hi there, I'm not sure if it's possible to add an image as an attachment to a survey based upon answers - someone else might have a solution. But you could potentially use it using Pull Data and writing the URL of an image (the images could be hosted in ArcGIS Online) to a field in the Feature Service. The image won't be accessed by an attachment but by a hyperlink to it instead. Pull Data works off select_one/text but you could try using the workflow suggested in the comments in this blog:https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2017/12/11/making-other-work-harder-in-survey123-results Carmel
