Hi Mike,  A potential way of doing this would be to add a new string field to your point layer that could contain the value Y or N (If you wanted to be fancy you could create a list that only allows you to enter Y or N using the new functionality 'Create List' Define attribute lists and ranges—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS ) Calculate the field so that all values are N Symbolise the point layer based on this field (Style categories—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS ) In Collector, when you've checked a point, change the value and the symbology will update.  If you want to keep the original symbols, you could have the layer added twice to the Collector Web Map, symbolise one by the Y/N field and make it uneditable. Hi Laura,  How were these feature services created in the first place? Published from ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro? Are the layers hosted in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise? You may need to go back and rename the layers in the table of contents then republish them. Another option would be to change the JSON of the feature service through the REST end point: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/How-to-Update-Hosted-Feature-Service-Schemas1.pdf?rmedium=bu…  I would say that this is something that could negatively affect the layer and if you were to try it, do it on a test feature service first.  Carmel ... Hi Chris,  Can you head to the Item Details of the ANERR_Sea_Turtle_Nesting_Survey layer> Settings > and see if the option 'Enable Sync (disconnected editing with synchronization).' is enabled? If it's not enabled, can you enable it, save and try the web map offline on Android again? If this is enabled for this layer, can you check the other layers have it enabled too? Carmel ... View more
