Hi Ben, Thanks for the feedback, unfortunately the PDF option for Integromat is not currently available. May I encourage you to submit an enhancement request via Esri Support? Our Support team will assign an official enhancement number for your records. Similar requests from other customers can then be attached to the same enhancement request, as the more requests from customers on this feature the sooner it may be supported. Regarding the second point of retain the original user response once the record is opened for editing, could you please confirm that you are using a survey created by Survey123 Connect which is the desktop tool instead of a survey created on browser? (Use Integrated Windows Authentication with your portal—Portal for ArcGIS (10.7 and 10.7.1) | ArcGIS Enterprise) If so the Feature Report functionality is not supporting IWA Portals: Feature report templates—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation  Could you please try with another Portal?
