Hi Adam, Thanks a lot for the suggestion, and yes, changing the appearance will only effect future submissions. One work-around is to edit the submitted records(delete and resubmit images) using the Survey123 web app, with the edit mode(append ?mode=edit&objectId= in the URL of your survey) described in this post: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2019/05/24/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-editing-records-in-a-web-form Thanks, Jody Zheng Liu

Hi Adam, Thanks for sharing the files. The reason why you have white spaces is because the "appearance" column of the image questions in xlsx form is set to "annotate", which will capture the whole device screen and upload that as the image. This is useful when you want to add annotations (drawings, text watermarks etc.), but if you don't need to add any annotations then just delete the annotate appearance and this will upload the original image files. Hi Jose, What is the error message you are seeing? Sharing the date to viewers will create a stakeholder view in the folder: https://support.esri.com/en/Technical-Article/000019065. Could you please try to sharing the stakeholder view manually to the group via portal? For feature report, only the survey owner will be able to upload report templates, and all stakeholders as shared in Collaborate tab - Views will be able to view survey data and print reports if they have adequate privileges. Hi Cory, Are you able to create new "View" of the source feature layer of your survey via ArcGIS Online? i.e., log into ArcGIS Online - open your survey folder - open the source feature layer item (doesn't contain "view" in title) - try "Create View Layer" at right menu. The viewer settings of Survey123 website is essentially doing the same thing. If you are able to do so, please back-up your data, and delete the Stakeholder view layer (surveyName_stakeholder) in survey folder via ArcGIS Online, and go back to Survey123 website's Collaborate tab, under Viewer's setting it should be reset to private now, and then share it to your groups. Please wait until the saving is all done to close browser tab, otherwise it will break the settings. Thanks and best regards, Jody

Hi Curtis, Thanks a lot for the feedback. The root cause for your issue is that we couldn't get time zone from the Exif information in the photo, but when "format" is applied in report template we will use the report creator's UTC time zone to do the formatting, thus a wrong date/time is introduced. We have logged an bug in our internal development, but due to the minimalist implementation of UTC offset in Exif standard, this could be hard to capture. A workaround solution for now is that delete the "format" parameter in report template, then it will output the original date stored in photo Exif. Thanks and best regards, Jody Zheng Liu
