For a temporary work-around, you could try to use a different culture of English(en-gb, en-au) by appending Url parameter ?lang=, for example, use https://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys/<surveyid>/analyze?lang=en-gb to open the Analyze tab.  On the mean time I encourage you to submit this issue as a bug via Esri Support. Our Support team will assign an official bug number for your records. This number can be used to search for and subscribe to the bug on the Esri Support site. The root cause is the required validation of image question in web form can't work correctly when it's inside repeat AND there are pulldata calculations in the form. Could you please contact Esri Support to log a bug for this? Our Support team will assign an official bug number for your records. Hi Nathan, Thanks for the post but it is not possible to share the design editing permissions of a survey on the Survey123 website. Currently only the survey owner can edit the design of the survey and then re-publish the survey. We do have an enhancement request in the backlog and I have added your comments. Hi Yasotharan, The table-list appearance set on the xlsx form is currently only supported for select_one questions in the web app, and not supported for select_multiple questions.
