You only need to path to the folder not the *.tif files themselves. Did you try this? Workspace—Allows you to select a folder containing multiple raster datasets. The folder can contain subfolders. This is affected by the Include Sub Folders and Input Data Filter parameters.

Tableau is pricey. It makes ArcGIS Enterprise feel like an open source solution. I wish I had more say in my organization. I would''ve pushed more for GeoAnalytics with Insights bundle. That addition would've been $150,000 (+/-) less than our Tableau Server, not including Tableau Desktop licensing.

Dennis, I can't find any documentation that describes load balancing to PORTAL for ArcGIS. All the scenarios described in ESRI documentation seem a bit dated. The link you provided describes connecting a load balancer to ArcGIS Server. I want to connect ArcGIS Enterprise base deployment to load balancer. Do you have any description/information for that workflow?

It projects 'on the fly'. If you are using a large dataset or many layers in a web app. I recommend projecting to Web Mercator Aux and then creating a web layer.

I tried to run it all in one geoprocess. Never could get it to work. I single out each step and I get one process to complete before the next process comences. Did you check settings? Worth a look here. One more thing, I never build these Mosaics in one attempt. It usually takes a few attempts to get it optimized and the way you want it.

Take it from the top and reprocess the whole thing. The mosaic stores the processed images at the other levels once you zoom in close enough it calls directly to the actual image. I think that some thing got messed up in the processing. When I do this geoprocessing segregate out every process.

1.) Make sure users have READ access to imagery. 2.) Be sure to maintain same path to imagery as the one you used during geoprocessing. For example: O:\imagery\orthos \\MachineName\imagery\orthos Add a connection to imagery folder in ArcCatalog or Catalog pane in ArcGIS Pro.

Why would ESRI do that? We prefer a workflow where Collector for ArcGIS (for example) is used through Portal to write back to an enterprise geodatabase.

Tableau needs to be able to read ArcGIS REST endpoints. I don't see this as an ArcGIS Enterprise issue. Tableau needs to get there act together. IMHO.
