Hi Chris, As indicated in my post above, I had the same problem. It seems that we can use Arcade expression to calculate the Lat/Lon in web map and included it in the url for invoking the survey. However, the mobile Explorer dose not support the Arcade expression at this moment. I have not find another other way to do this! Could ESRI staff tell us is there any other way to achieve this? Hi James, Thanks for the reply and the tip! I have tried it and it worked and Not worked! First, the Arcade function works on web map on a PC. Hi Ismael, As you said in the writing, for center the survey to the feature geometry, we need to pass Lat/Lon in url. However, my data is in Web Mercator and "Geometry($feature)" function also returns the coordinates in Web Mercator. Is there another function to reproject it to Lat/Lon? Thanks, Ming ... View more

In Workforce there is "Workers" layer and the "Status" data will change in real-time when a field worker is logged in or off the Workforce mobile app. Is there something similar for other mobile apps. Or it will be even better, can we create a "workers" feature layer and its status field will update in real-time when a user logged in any EASR AGOL mobile app or account? Hi John, I found the cause and resolved issue. Here was what was going on: I converted the relationship class from oid-based to gid-based for the ATTACH tables, then, republished the feature service. However, for some reason, the layer # was shifted. The two layers and two tables should be layer 0, 1, 2, and 3 in the feature service, but became 1, 2, ,3 and 4. I believe that survey would start searching for request layer or table from #0 when it was submitted. I guess that might be why the process is stuck there. But I do not know why the # would shift. Hi John, As you can see on the GeoNet posts, I have resolved the set “supportApplyEditsWithGlobalIds” to true issue. However, I get into a new issue with this survey – the completed survey cannot be send to Feature service. After clicking on the send button, the screen stuck on the “Getting service information” message with, and, regardless if I send survey from hydrant flush or valve exercise, it always stuck on the Getting service information for “Valve_ExerciseRecords table.
