This may be a basic question but I don't get it. I have polygons I want to reshape so I can snap them to another feature in my map. I select my polygon, go to Edit -> Edit Vertices and drag a vertice to snap it to another feature. But everytime I do this the whole polygon wants to move. I've tried and tried to figure out why and I can't get it. Why is this? This was simple to do in ArcMap

I removed the feature from my map and then brought it back into my map as a single value feature, tried applying the unique values symbology to it so I could assign symbols instead of using the layer file. Tried changing the sorting of the categories and then tried applying the layer file to it again and it displayed correctly. Don't know what I did

I have a feature, which I symbolized and created a layer file for, which displays correctly in ArcMap but when trying to view the feature in ArcGIS Pro with the same layer file one of the catogories which I symbolized by is hidden in the map. The category name is there because I see it in the table and when I select it in the table it highlights it in the map. I don't understand why it would show properly in ArcMap but doesn't show properly in ArcGIS Pro Why is this?

I tried setting the field type to Double but then it just doesn't reconize the coordinates. Never tried float. Anyhow I've resorted to manually typing in the coordinates in new columns in Excel. That way it reconizes it as a Double field. Thanks!

I am stumped. I've used this tool before and it always worked but now it's not. I am trying to Display XY data in my map. I have an Excel spreadsheet which has lat/long coordinates in it split into it's own column but when I open the Display XY Data for the Excel table in ArcGIS Pro, it is not giving me an option to select an X field or a Y field. Why is this?

When doing field work using Survey 123 and taking pictures to document your work, is a UniqueID automatically generated as you take the pictures or do you have to manually enter in a UniqueID to reference each picture?

I have a 60 points which represent buildings which I want to display on a map. Some of the points are on the same street and in some cases right next to each other which makes it difficult to read on a map. I thought maybe if I could cluster some of these points together then it would make the map easier to read. I added an Index field to may table with letters to represent each point and created an index in Excel to hold the labels for each point. Clustering would be the answer to hold all the points close to each other in one point in the map but once you have 5 or 6 points clustered under one point, how do you expand the point to reveal the other points held in the cluster? I read in version 2.9 their is a symbology option to do this but I still have 2.8 on my computer. How can I do this in version 2.8? Thanks

I am trying to use Survey123 with GNSS metadata fields to capture elevation values. My question is does Survey 123 calculate a Z value in the app as you are collecting the point and calculate the geometry from that into a MSL elevation value internally or do you have to calculate it in the web map through a model in ArcGIS Pro? Just trying to understand how Survey123 handles Z values

I have an existing Hosted Feature Layer in our ArcGIS Online account which I created to work with a GNSS unit to get elevation readings. What I would like to do is use this functionality but in a different HFL. Is there a way where you can make a copy of the existing HFL and have it be it own feature separate from the existing layer? I want to keep the existing HFL as a template for creating other HFL with that functionality. Thanks
