Good morning Eric, Have the AGOL issues been resolved. I am still having issues reaching REST endpoints, and receiving timed out, token required, and invalid path, etc. errors. Thanks, Jay

Last Friday, I was updating features in a feature service hosted on ArcGIS which I had pulled into my Pro project. New features added to the service in Pro were present in the map application. All seemed well. Today, the layers in the FS will not load in Pro, I have broken source symbols in the Table of Contents. I have tried to repair the layer's data source with no luck. When I try to open FS's Item page in ArcGIS , I receive a 'timed out' error, with the Item tabs grayed out. I receive the same error when I try to access the REST endpoint via the URL. Has the service become corrupted and I need to start over?

I am using hatch symbology in some polygon layers in a map project in ArcGIS Pro. I published the feature layers as a Web layer from Pro to AGOL, as it is my understanding one cannot publish to ArcGIS for Server from Pro without having ArcGIS for Enterprise (Portal). The hatch from one layer carries over to AGOL. The hatch for the other layer is replaced with a solid fill, same color. See screenshots attached. I have read various posts in GeoNet and StackExchange (and upvoted one of the ideas on this topic in GeoNet) . It appears I am stuck as there is no support for hatch symbology (unless one publishes to Server). I am curious as to why one layer came over with hatch and the other did not. I don't recall doing anything different when generating the two layers. I have a project to finish so I am pressing on with other symbology.

Hi Konrad, This issue occurred awhile ago for me, so recollection of the details is not good now. Once we got back up and running, I let the process slip from my memory. I was getting this error (see screenshot). I had to have one of our IT admins figure out how to update package. I know we had to use conda to install, and it took a couple of attempts before the update stuck, and arrow module was installed. I have not run the Workforce csv assignment script in quite awhile, so I am assuming it still functions with the latest Pro version installed. I am sorry I am not much help. Sincerely, Jay

We are moving towards ArcGIS for Enterprise 10.6.1. We have no current installations of Enterprise, nor do we have a sandbox for testing and development. We do have ArcGIS for Server (10.4) on our production site. We would like to install Enterprise on a testing environment, likely virtual, as a means to educate ourselves on Enterprise-Portal, Server, WebAdaptor, Data Store platform - before we upgrade our production site. I have been reading, watching, etc. all of the great resources available, but I have yet to figure out the exact pieces of software I need to download and install. In My Esri (Products tab), I see ArcGIS Enterprise (Windows, 10.6.1) and ArcGIS for Server Enterprise (Windows, 10.4.1). I also read ArcGIS License Manager 2018.0 is needed, and see this in the Products list. Do I need 10.6.1 only plus the License Manager, or both Enterprise pieces and the Manager? Anything else? To start, we are likely to deploy Enterprise on a virtual single machine using the Builder, which I found on the Product Components tab. Do I need to download this piece or is it bundled with the Enterprise 10.6.1 piece? Please reply with help or point me to a location that can answer my questions. We want to be up and running in an Enterprise production environment before the year ends. Many many thanks in advance!

Hi Shree, We currently do not have ArcGIS Monitor installed. Our ArcGIS for Server site is version 10.4. Can we install Monitor 10.6.1 and have it monitor our Server 10.4 site? Thanks in advance, Jay

I am experiencing the same issue as Jamie. I followed the steps of a web video to add three tables and relationship classes to a feature class (Designing Related Records in ArcGIS Pro for use in ArcGIS Online - YouTube ). I am seeing the same behavior as Jamie outlined above, a greyed out 'Add New to Relationship' option. Actually, the two add and one remove options are greyed out in the right clicked menu for each of my three tables.

The uninstall button is grayed out in the Pro Python back end screen. If I try to upgrade, I get a message saying the version 1.4.1 is already installed.

I have been working with ArcGIS for Workforce and the 'create assignment from csv' script. I had the script working well, then my laptop was upgraded, and now the script won't run. I updated the 'arcgis' version to 1.4.1. I am using Pro 2.1.3. My project environment is: C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\bin\Python\envs\arcgispro-py3. I am fairly new to Python and running scripts, so chalk one up to operator error! I don't know how to resolve this. Is there a way to uninstall 1.4.1 and then reinstall? Or a way to check that 1.4.1 was installed correctly?

The assignment locations are now plotting correctly. I was using the wrong wkid value (found in the original feature class Properties....Source....Projected Coordinate System....WKID). I was also informed that the latest version of the Python script uses 'assignment type' descriptions instead of integer values, same for the priority field. Also, worker and dispatcher userids need to match those in AGOL, they are case-sensitive.

Aaron, I like that! I replaced the domain codes (integer values) with the domain descriptions, Flush Hydrant, Fire Flow Test, etc., for the assignment types. That helped but the script is still throwing errors. Can I email you my sample csv file and command line syntax? I think this might be more efficient and easier to troubleshoot. Thanks, Jay jhodny@newark.de.us
