There are sveral limitations when using shapefiles as an output, such as field name length. Perhaps one of these is tripping you up? They are listed here: ArcGIS Desktop

Oh thanks for that explanation Owen. I was a bit confused myself as to how that works in ArcGIS Online after I started looking further for the answer to Jared's question. The help files weren't super clear or easy to navigate.

Another option is to convert your excel data to x/y data in ArcMap, in Geographic projection using the latitude as the Y, and longitude as the X. Once you've done that, you can reproject the data into UTM using the Project tool, and then calculate new X/Y values based on the UTM coordinates.

You might also find Grid Index Features useful. It can create a grid of rectangles of a specified size to cover any chosen feature or feature class. If you know the extent of your camera frame this could work well.

It seems as though your feature class has some kind of geometry problem, but more detail is needed to diagnose. Where did you get the layer? How was it created? Can you provide a screenshot of both the drawn layer and its attribute table?

Do you mean the extent of each NAIP? If you right click on each NAIP and select properties, under the source tab, it should have the extent of the layer, which will be four numbers, a min/max x and y.

One way to do this would be... do a Frequency (Analysis) on the related table, using whatever field you're using for the relate (ID, or whatnot), then join that result to your point features using the same field. Then you could symbolize based on the frequency field.

John, define projection is not used to change a projection, but to define the original projection, and this may be your problem. As Gabriel mentioned, the DEM extent shows that it originally had a geographic projection (lat/longs), but may have mistakenly been defined as UTM, so it's taking the lat long coordinates and trying to fit them to a UTM grid. Try defining the projection of this layer as geographic. You can try WGS 84 for the datum, and if this works, great. If it almost works, but is now different by ~100 feet or so, then try a different datum. For future reference, in order to change a projection from the original, you use the PROJECT or PROJECT RASTER tool. This will actually change the coordinates into the new coordinate system.
